Very sad and unbelievable that foie gras is actually offered here. Incomprehensible! In 2024, environmental and animal-friendly offers are expected.

We've tried several times, it's a bit of a lottery to find someone with friendly service. And there is really a problem with the portions, among other things, of meat (only 1 slice of pastrami, 3 small pieces of chicken)

I wanted to order a vegan bagel and when I asked for bread without animal products the waitress told me that ALL breads contain milk otherwise: “they wouldn’t be bagels for me!”. When I insisted, she looked at the list of ingredients, confirmed to me that there was milk in the bagel bread, turned her back on me and ignored me. After checking on the site there are indeed breads without milk. So either the person who served me was poorly informed or incompetent. In short, for a brand that wants to give a friendly and relaxed image it’s a failure. Next time I'll have a Migros sandwich!

A nice experience however I don't know, after reflection, I have a doubt and at the time I didn't notice because I hadn't heard very well. But unless I'm mistaken, the waitress said "thank you mon iench" when I gave her the spoon back. I really hope it was my ears.

I really like it, I knew the wellness one which unfortunately closed. Very friendly and quick welcome if you have allergies tell the staff they will happily change the ingredients! so it's great to end up with a complete bagel at the end ^^!

April 15! Bad experience! Already when you arrive, people look at you askance. I ask for advice for a first bagel, they answer me as if I'm bothering you! I ask questions about sweet bagels and they answer you well, you have all that... but with arrogance! The saleswomen who practically laugh in my face! I came to pick up several bagels for myself and my colleagues but I didn't have the strength to continue my order because the saleswomen were annoying! Before leaving it is whispered in the ears while looking at me and then bursts out laughing! No respect! Don't even hide! Honestly, I work in sales, I've never seen that in my 10-year career! change job! And the first time I put a negative review! But one star is even too much!!

Very good! Small downside on the reception of the saleswomen who are not very friendly.

We don't care that these aren't American bagels (which are also not worthy of being called "bagels" according to purists), it's excellent all the same :-)

The bagel maker was using same gloves to pick up chicken and veges. Being vegetarian I asked him to change his gloves because a piece of chicken fell into raw tomatoes as he first put his hand in chicken and then in tomatoes. In think that offended him and then he charged me the bagel as the most expensive bagel on the menu. Even though I took the least fillings. Kind of unhappy since I objected the contamination of meat with veges.

Having spent the last 8 years in the USA, I can tell you that these are absolutely not bagels.... it's almost a shame to call them "bagel stein". But the rest is simply perfect! The service is very, very good, the “me moche et bon” apple juice is absolutely delicious!!!

Great place with excellent fresh products. Truly great bagels! Fresh juices, homemade iceteas, cookies etc. Service is great too.

You can find some delicious sandwiches, it's located in the city center, with a small room inside to sit and in the summer there are seats outside, a little expensive, but it can be done.... recommended!

If you like bagels and happen to be in Biel/Bienne then search no more. This place is located about 10 minutes away (by foot) from the main train station. I ordered a Leontine bagel and it was amazing, worth every cent. I liked the decoration and the funny signs everywhere. The staff: 100 points (out of 100). I will certainly come back many times!

Very good place to change from McDonald's! Snack with a plus mention because healthy and fresh products. Different choices but possibilities to compose your own bagel. Different bagel sizes and choices too. The recipes are written in German but the staff is French-speaking! Great welcome and very friendly. Limited places in the snack bar but there is also a terrace. 15chf for a sweet bagel+cold tea+bagel sandwich

My sister and I went to eat at Bagelstein for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The welcome was very friendly and quick, there was a very good choice of Bagels and with the menu we even received a “small” dessert offered (Coockie or cupcake of your choice). We both had the Chicken Bagel. Very good and fresh. We will come back to try other tastes 👌🏻
