Quite a big shop. It's just incredibly annoying that as a man you have to walk through all the women's floors to get up to the fourth floor (the escalators are set so stupidly that you have to walk through everything). By the way, twice, and again when leaving the store.

Was there for a top. First I was transferred from floor to floor. Every employee said something different. The top was then ordered from storage, twice! Both times the top was stained with makeup. I had to wait a total of 30 minutes and ended up leaving the shop without a top. Very bad service!

The shop was ok. I just expected it to be much bigger, or much better stocked. There is (only) one floor for women’s clothes, and the stock isn’t the best - I was told to check the store in Lausanne, which obviously living in Zurich isn’t convenient…

We went there to check for a lost belonging, which is very important to us. We asked the staff downstairs for their help, and they were very nice. However, the staff on the upper floor was extremely rude to us (The Girl who only Spoke Englisch). Instead of helping, she laughed at us and told us it might be in the trash, which is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Generally, unfortunately, very unsympathetic cold employees, almost arrogant. My friend got a dress for me and there was only one available in size “S”, some woman snatched the dress out of his hand because she somehow wanted it. We then went to an employee, who then simply spoke to the customer in Portuguese instead of simply giving us the dress back because we had it first. The other customer who snatched it from him then spoke to the employee in Portuguese and laughed -> I can also speak Portuguese but I didn't have the nerve to argue because it's clear that you don't snatch other people's clothes in stores and the employee also knew what had happened.

This is the biggest Zara I know in Switzerland. They have many floors and from regular clothes to make up and even Zara Home. When I need something I normally look here first because the section is bigger. The only thing I dislike is the queue to the wardrobe. Sometimes it's sort and sometimes you wait up to 40min to try your pieces on. On weekends its very crowded.

Fast fashion in the truest sense of the word!!! Bought cheap Coulette pants and the risk of tripping is inevitable!! You get caught in these overly wide-cut pants with your own shoes! I'm not even a short woman, I'm 1.80 tall!!!

Went there today with a friend to buy clothes. Since there were a lot of people queuing for the coat check, we went to the men's department to see if there were fewer people queuing there. This was the case, so we queued. We were already being viewed critically by the lady in the changing rooms. When we finally got to the front of the line, the lady spoke to me in English. She said that no women are allowed in the cabin here. I asked why. Her answer was that this is a men's cabin. She also said that, as an exception, we could try on both of our dresses here. We then walked out of the store. The question arises to what extent I am not allowed to change in a changing room? After all, it shouldn't matter, especially in this day and age. Especially in a cubicle, in a clothing store. I expected more from a store like Zara.

Large selection for women as well as men. We look at the different sizes (long trousers and shorts). There are both more elegant clothing and casual clothing. The prices are fair and the clothes usually last a long time. Unfortunately there are often a lot of people and you have to wait a bit at the changing rooms and the checkout.

I recently went to ZARA in the morning to buy a fall shirt. There were hardly any people there, a blonde employee walked past me without saying hello, apart from whether I needed some kind of help or something. No, she looked anything but busy or overwhelmed. A short time later she took out her cell phone instead of going to work. I'm not from this industry but I know enough that something like this is an absolute NO-GO. The experience at Zara Bahnhofstrasse is horrible. The shop assistants are very poorly qualified to serve the public. None of the employees show a friendly or pleasant face. The treatment is shameful and they talk to each other about their problems out loud, avoiding contact with customers. When you ask them about a size or item of clothing, they react in a bad way, like they don't have an IPod. A shame without a doubt.

I don't usually support disposable fashion like cheap Zara clothes. Due to a coffee emergency, I needed a quick replacement and encountered the most incompetent team ever. The staff doesn't want to give advice, barely speaks German and has a terrible attitude. The extremely poor quality doesn't just affect the clothing here.

I visited the store to buy some clothes and they didnt have what I wanted exposed. But Mr. David Silva was very helpful and he took the time to search for what i needed, and founded. Thank you Zara Team!

Returned some items I ordered online in the shop in Bahnhofstrasse 66. They had some issues with the cash register and had to read all codes twice. Realised a few days later I hadn't received any refund nor return confirmation per email (which you usually get almost immediately). When I went back to the shop they told me it's not their reponsability and to contact the online customer service. After chatting several times (since the phone number is never working) they told me without a return receipt they can't refund. Basically I was scammed by them. Never shopping at Zara again

I haven't shopped at Zara in years but had a wardrobe malfunction..the place is a mess, half the clothes are already falling apart even before they're out of the store, and the people who work there live in another world. You have to guess which fitting room doesn't have a person changing in it because noone who works there is paying attention. This place has definitely gone downhill. I opted to take the tram back home to fix my wardrobe issue instead of buying something.

Zara has a large selection and the quality is good for the price. I enjoy shopping at Zara, especially pants that fit well.

Great fashion, always new items. Help with the selection is rather moderate. For men who are not very thin, the items are cut rather small. Wear size 52 but have to take size 56 to fit. Unfortunately only a few sizes in 56 would like to buy more because there is great fashion here at great prices.

This ZARA on Bahnhofsstrasse is just an eyesore for this city. The service is very rude, as if they had simply completely forgotten their training from one second to the next. When you're traveling alone and they SHOULD be trained on this and then they ask: "Would this jacket go with my current outfit?" The answer you get is a cheeky yes yes (which comes across like yes yes lick me). The service is terrible. They should all repeat the training there. It doesn't get any naughtier than that. As a Swiss, I have to say that in Germany the employees are much friendlier and have a good eye. And here they dress you like the last idiot who has never worn clothes. Avoid this eyesore, thank you!

Quality dress at affordable prices

Sizes are way too small and the changing rooms are tint. Also there are no hooks or anything in there so I had to place all thw clothes on the floor.

To be honest, I have no idea how this store still exists. Unfriendly service, poor management 1very unorganized business. And every year it seems to get worse and worse I have no idea how it even makes any money. The waitresses usually don't speak any German or English at all, nor do they have a keen desire to serve you, to confront you or to inform you. They probably can't do anything about it because the store is very poorly organized. We've heard that a worker works for 5 a.m. which I can completely understand why they don't feel like being there at all and also serving customers. And if you want to speak to the management or the managing director, they usually say he doesn't have time, even though you could clearly hear on the phone, he doesn't feel like it 🤦‍♂️, and when the manager should come he has a very ignorant and disinterested managing director waiting for you is sometimes less friendly than the waitress itself, who sometimes knows less about the business or how to handle it than the employees themselves, which makes me wonder how the hell he got this position. Very friendly and courteous service. I bought a blazer at Zara three weeks ago, but later noticed that one of the seams was open. The blazer was replaced without any problems, I didn't even have the receipt anymore. I will continue to enjoy shopping at Zara in the future!
