Maybe not quite in terms of the size of the room, but definitely in terms of the quality of the food as well as the friendliness of the staff and the dignified atmosphere of the restaurant: a real “Grand Café de Paris”! We'd love to come back!

We had the most unexpectedly wonderful meal here! We are so happy the kind staff suggested the special: steak with vegetables and salad. The veggies and salad were as delicious as the steaks, which were served in a delicious curried herb butter over flame and perfectly cooked medium rare. One of the best meals we had on our entire Italy/Switzerland trip! We also loved the local wine and bought an extra bottle.

Perch fillet, asparagus, rice. You can tell the chef is from the old school and has learned cooking as a craft. Everything is homemade, fresh and tasty.

Vegi autumn plate was very good. Rarely have we had such a good selection on the plate as veggies, there are usually 0815 side dishes from the meat rings. Not so in the Bahnhof Restaurant in Rosshäuser

Were here for mini golf. The facility is in poor condition. Doesn't seem inviting.

The food offered by the new hosts cannot be compared with what the predecessors offered. No subtleties, salad floating in the (ready?) sauce, but huge portions of meat. Cream sauce with fatty potato gratin is also simply a stomach ache. Vegetarians will find just 1 dish on the menu. The desserts are unimaginative, too sweet and with artificial flavors. It's a shame that the Herren family didn't find equal successors.

Unfortunately, since Silvia & Rolf Herren (greetings!) can no longer be found in the restaurant, we went back to the beautiful Rosshäuser to try out everything that was different. My Cordon Bleu was a decent size and tasted an absolute delight! The remaining family members also received large and very tasty portions. Very great and friendly hosts! See you soon again!

We have been to this restaurant many times! We really appreciate the fine food cooked with love and the friendly service. For a change from my beloved lamb chops, I get very well cooked and beautifully presented food here!

Ob Rehpfeffer oder Wildvegiteller: Der Bahnhof in Rosshäusern ist für uns in der Region Bern die erste Adresse. Hervorragend zubereitet, reich garniert und in gemütlichem ländlichem Ambiente serviert. Das gilt auch für das übrige Angebot auf der Karte. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Restaurant bietet ein scharmantes gut bürgerliches Ambiente. Gerade mit Freunden oder Familie macht es an einem schönen Sommertag besonders Spass bei einem guten Essen noch eine Partie Minigolf zu spielen. Spassfaktor: (5 Sterne) Durch den guten Minigolfplatz und den spannenden Bahnen eine kleine Herausforderung. Das Anbieten erinnert etwas an ein amerikanisches Restaurant gekoppelt mit Schweizertradition. Essen: (4.8 Sterne) Die Küche ist sehr gut. Gerade das Fleisch zubereiten hat die Küche 1A im Griff. Pasta und Gemüsebeilagen wie auch Salate werden gekonnt in Szene gesetzt. Der hausgemachte Eistee ist Weltklasse. Die Preise sind sehr fair zur gebotenen Qualität. In der Herbstsaison ist die Wildkarte eine der Besten, die ich bis jetzt getroffen habe. Die Küche ist abwechslungsreich und kreativ. Einziger minus Punkt, die Fleischstücke könnte man noch in grössere Mengen 300-400g anbieten. Es gibt von Angus-Beef bis zum Schweizer Weide Rind. Fleisch Qualität Top! Wegfindung Parkplätze (4.7 Sterne) Das Restaurant ist mit der S5 ganz leicht von BHF Bern aus zu erreichen ca. 12 Minuten. Vom Bahnhof Rosshäusern sind es gerade mal eine Minute Gehweg. Für Autoliebhaber hat es genügend Platz. Personal/Ambiente (4.9) Das Personal ist freundlich und Schweizer ländlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend es ist still und man hat eine grüne Aussicht. Spezials (5.0!) • Die Spezial wie „U:S BBQ Special“ mit Smoker sind 1A. • Wildkarte mit bspw. Rentier eine gekonnte Alternative • Viel Getränk Auswahl auch Tessiner Limonade ist dabei, wirklich Tool!
