Today was Stans market day. The restaurant was very busy. Today there was a traditional Swiss menu. Veal head, tripe, pate, chabis with beef and boiled potatoes. Service very nice

An absolute highlight! The typical Swiss culture is still truly alive here, a real cult restaurant! Eating, drinking and the open, local crowd give the chalet its irresistible charm.
