I'm a regular here and always very happy with the friendliness in this café! Top service and fine pastries are the order of the day! Thanks PS: Anyone who occupies a 6-seater table with a laptop during the break time, exactly when the workers want to eat “breakfast”, should be politely directed to a smaller table! But Ms. F. M. doesn't understand that. Was there myself!

The friendliness of the service (of Thai origin) was absolutely underground. I have rarely been treated so unkindly. I wanted to spend 30 minutes while having breakfast and drinking coffee. I opened the laptop and was expelled from the cafe due to their rules (laptop ban). I was happy to go, I certainly won't leave my money here.

Due to a misunderstanding (the mistake was clearly ours), the boss worked a special shift on Sunday just for us so that we could serve our guests in the best possible way. Canapés were excellent. Again thank you very much.

I always come back for lunch. The selection is extensive - the summer salads are very tasty! They have a large and wide selection of bread, which I really like - something for everyone. I also find the staff very pleasant and very helpful - I always enjoy going to the Stübli or to the terrace with the beautiful trees.

Worst croissants I've ever eaten, very dry and not aromatic! Either it was from the day before yesterday or last week, it was really bad 😵‍💫 I expect fresh things from a bakery for the prices!!!

The food is very good, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The one lady of Thai origin is very unfriendly, this person should be kept away from the customers then everything would be worth the 5 stars.

I bought 3 pieces of different thins there full of anticipation. Since I grew up as a child, I know the Randestübli well. The charcoal burner always had good stuff there. However, the thin ones I bought there were just bad. Simple and cheaply made. Excuse me, do you actually try what you produce? Are you so satisfied with your product? Is that the best you can do or is it just about making a quick buck? It's a shame about the good name. I'll buy my thin ones from Whyland Beck again, that's the benchmark.

Card payment is only possible from CHF 10! Absolutely incomprehensible in times of Corona! I didn't have any cash with me...no accommodation. Only the unfriendly note from the saleswoman that it was written on the counter.

A huge counter full of baked goods and confectionery, but the only thing without animal suffering was a dry roll. I've never experienced that before. Nowadays almost every bakery/cafe usually has a few items without animals. I eat apple turnover (puff pastry) without butter or milk every Saturday at Alnatura in Gottmadingen, that's fine. When I asked for something vegan, I was looked at like an alien, like, what kind of guy is he, how strange, he doesn't enjoy torturing animals, such an animal lover... I was then served the dry bread roll . Thanks also, another place I won't visit again with so much ignorance (1kg butter = 26kg CO²).

Good cafe and good bakery/confectionery. Professional service, popular snack bar, also offers lunch menus. Quality has been consistent for decades and has been maintained with the new bosses.

With beautiful weather and the end of March and this café doesn't even have an ice cream menu. In addition, as a former regular guest (2018), I had to notice how the staff was treated by the boss. But when you order a sausage salad, the boss in question gives you a sausage cheese salad. It's a shame for the beautiful café and actually good products from the bakery.

For brunch we ordered a party sun on Saturday January 6th (various rolls put together to form a sun). We were very disappointed, the rolls were very dry and lacked freshness. (baked the day before?) The king cake, on the other hand, was delicious and very fresh. That's why only one star!

Good, fresh homemade products. Not exactly cheap but the flan or fie pear cake are awesome!! They also make pretty chocolate products themselves. Depending on the occasion. For the. E.g. Christmas or Easter etc. The broken chocolate is also recommended. There is a cozy, warm coffee upstairs. You can order all products there. 4 stars because of the sometimes high price. S.B.
