The “Schinkengipfeli” are by far the best in the region. Wonderfully seasoned, crispy dough. Better than Sprüngli or Beschle. Of course it's a matter of taste, but for me it's simply the best! On the other hand, I find the normal croissants okay because they are too dry the next day, in contrast to the wonderful sesame croissants from Sutterbeck.
