Very mis leading cafe unfortunately. I have no idea how they have such high reviews, it seems to me that it is an inside job to get their own friends to rate it 5 stars but it is definitely not at all. The menu shows pancakes with strawberries and blueberries stacked. And in reality I got served with 1 piece of a pancake and no fruit as displayed on the menu...the most ridiculous experience ever. Largest scam cafe to exist in Locarno. Do not go here.

It's a shame I relied on the reviews that were too good. Called more than a week in advance and ordered a very nice place. I also struggled with Italian. That was probably one of the mistakes. We got the best spot right next to the kitchen door. Just don't take this seat. The door opens a thousand times. There is a draft and a smell coming from the kitchen. A huge noise too. You can't hang the jacket on the chair. This bothers the arrogant female waitresses. But if you then complain, then it's your own fault... What a shame. Great kitchen. Staff and space right next to the kitchen cannot be recommended at all. The main thing is that there is an empty table in the middle of the room where the staff writes down the orders and holds out their besties to you. We never again... Not recommended at all.
