Food that you don't have to have, carelessly prepared like in a bad canteen. Plus it's completely overpriced and the people of Ticino can do much, much better.

One of the worst services and pizzas you can have in Lugano.

One of the worst pizzas of my life. We were greeted by an incredibly rude waitress who seemed more interested in rushing us through our meal rather than ensuring we had a pleasant dining experience. Her attitude was off-putting and did not make us feel welcome. She should not be working in hospitality. You wait for the menus 20 min, even tho there are no people in this god forgotten establishment, you wait another 40 min for your coffee. Don't take your money to businesses like this.

Pizza normal, service a little poor, nice location

The food was good. At the end when we were paying, we were a little bothered by the fact that we had to go in to pay in a restaurant, even though we were the only guests.

For what you pay it isnt worth it . I should have known before ordering as there was about 40pizzas on the menu usually when a place has this much choice its never a good sign. We ordered two pizzas .Bearly any toppings put on the pizza.The tomato sauce was really cheap stuff from a can and tasted sour on top of this they absolutely drounded the pizza with it. The dough is nothing special I could make something like that with a regular oven at home. My girlfriend asked for some extra rocket leaves on her pizza and ended up getting charged 4CHF for that amount I would have expected gold shavings on top of the pizza. Honestly don't bother getting pizza here.

We were there a few days back, and the old lady was unfortunately very rude. It's a pity as the restaurant is located in a very beautiful area but It seems that the old lady has some issues she will not even smile or speak in a nice way. She was even serving some welcome bread to the other tables, which she didn't do for our table. Anyways I am sure she will lose lots of clients, and eventually, she will be treated in the same way. Some people, when they look at you and think you are better than them they just get sick and think if they disrespect you or treat you in a disrespectful way, then they have won a battle. My dear, I personally just felt sorry for you. May God help you recover from your issues.

We thought an Italian restaurant in Italian Switzerland right on the lake would certainly be good. When we got there there was a blonde waitress who didn't greet us in a very friendly way. When I spoke Italian she was a little friendlier. After what felt like 10 minutes she finally came to take our order. The pizza arrived very quickly, which is certainly not a bad thing, it looked okay but it was just too cold! The soil wasn't also liquid. The sauce from the cheese was more like a very diluted liquid milk. So you really don't have to go there. Therefore only two stars.

I was just there with my 10 year old son. The place was completely empty, literally zero people, and we were not allowed to sit on a 4 person table to eat. We order lots of food when we eat, and we need the space. But the 50+ old lady there preferred to let us go rather than work for her salary. No problem, we are now sitting in another restaurant.

We waited a very long time before the waitress deigned to come and take our order. Then left while taking the order without ever coming back. Other tables before us left before even being served because the organization of the restaurant and the delay in taking orders was unbearable. We did the same and left. We won't be able to judge the quality of the products or the quantity, but the menu was complete, even a little too complete (rarely a sign of quality product) and the dishes seemed quite expensive. It's a shame for a restaurant with a view of the lake

Very good pizza, the rest of the food could be improved, the location is very convenient and easily accessible, the service is good and competent. The location is very beautiful and well furnished, I recommend the pizza. The bill is not bad I recommend it.

poor quality food, all very greasy, I don't know if what I ate can actually be defined as "pizza" and on top of that the staff were not very friendly, I also constantly felt their gaze on me to see if I had finished eating. I thought it was a nice place but it turned out to be quite the opposite

Very good pizza despite its low price. I had a marinara, it was excellent, tasty, the tomato puree cooked and tasty just right. Waiter available. The view is top even if there is the road in between. Place very popular with families and perhaps zero tourists (super positive point). Price not excessively high for the place.

We were welcomed warmly and got a seat with a view to the lake. The service was attentive and fast. The portions were big and the bruschetta was the best one i've had in a long time. Would visit again and again!

They are asked for tap water having ordered a pizza and they say they can't and they arrive with a small bottle of natural water for 5 francs... shameful... furthermore they are asked for a baby pizza and they say they only make large ones... no comment ...

Uncomplicated restaurant. Friday, 7:30 p.m., we were immediately seated by the friendly waitress. The aperitif was good and is recommended (limoncello spritz). We ordered a super fine bruchetta with it. Pizzas were ok, not outstanding but good, they came very quickly, but could have been a little warmer. The prices are reasonable.

I was there with my family. We had a lasagne al forno, 2 children's pizzas in the children's menu, a pizza Regina and a tiramisù. We also drank 2 x 0.5 liters of water without it. Unfortunately the lasagna had little taste. The Regina pizza was only lukewarm and the tiramisù couldn't really be described as a dessert. Because it wasn't really sweet, it wasn't very tasty either. The children were happy with their pizzas and their scoop of ice cream. The whole fun cost us 85.-, which is okay in Switzerland.

Very tasty pizzas and bruschetta. The wine was also very good and the prices are very reasonable, especially if you compare them with nearby restaurants'. Nice outdoor patio with glass walls that keep the traffic noise down and with an awning that they close once it gets colder. Friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommended!

Hello, I had a great experience at this stinking Restaurant, plates that stink, and waitresses asking for chewing gum in front of customers at the table, total disrespect, dirty clothes. A horrible horror

Food: Fries were very crispy, pizza was okay, pasta was swimming in sauce and portion was rather small Service: Friendly, but the service seemed very unmotivated. The food came very quickly. However, there is a negative point for the fact that you have to get the baby seat yourself and it is not brought. We also had to disinfect the seat because it was still dirty from the night before. Location: Ideally located, very central in Paradiso and easy to reach. Conclusion: Good restaurant, but it could have a friendlier demeanor and work a little more customer-oriented.

I'm just at a loss for words...meat was raw, she didn't know the point,...after I gave it back, it came back as the sole of a shoe. The fries are over-salted and of course have gotten cold in the meantime, they are probably too expensive to run. But the steak is unseasoned and as mentioned above. Coke from the can... (put it closed and take care of it yourself...). The service was all unfriendly and unwilling. The faces ask "what do you want here?" Even if it's a pizzeria, if they offer meat you can still expect a minimum of quality.

Because of the pretty good reviews, we wanted to give Domino a try. Located at the intersection not far from the bus stop and the lake. We weren't greeted in a friendly way by the blonde waitress and she didn't get any friendlier after that, which really bothered us. The pizza's were okay. The Caprese salad disappointed us (a few small tomatoes on a mountain of rocket) and is not worth the hefty price of CHF 16 (starter). Unfortunately, the foccacia bread wasn't fresh or warm either. All in all, you can go there, but there are certainly better places in Lugano for inexpensive Italian cuisine.

I went to this place because the reviews about it convinced me. Cozy, pleasant environment and really good and well-filled wholemeal pizza. A point of reference for when I pass through those parts again.

Very nice pizzas. The black base that they have is whole wheat flour which is unique the way they have pulled the dough together. Pesto spaghetti was also very nice. Good service. Reasonable prices.

Domino restaurant is the best place in Lugano where you can eat the famous Italian pizza. Truly, it is the best pizza in the world. Horrible service. Pasta was not fully cooked, Pizza was wet and the waitress was unfriendly. Additionally, this „Italian“ restaurant plays American music from the 1980s at an excruciatingly loud volume.

Delicious dishes at fair prices. We stayed at the Best Westen and went there for dinner four times. Pizza, pasta and drinks very tasty and very nice service.

It is recommended when it comes to food. But a beer 8.- is already very excessive. Staff friendly.
