Steve gave us a very exciting 3-hour overview workshop, from the basic information about the coffee bean to the essential information on coffee packages to the most important parameters for making espresso and latte. We were able to welcome Steve and all his equipment directly to our Beauty Solution cosmetic studio in Worb and spend a super cool team event with him. He succeeded perfectly in introducing us to the topic of coffee and the art of the barista in just under three hours in a varied and very entertaining way. The name Barista Passion says it all here. In a very small group, we learned a lot of exciting things about coffee and milk in the latte art course and were then able to practice and try out a lot. With his friendly and positive nature, Steve creates an atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable. The course was very professional in terms of content and equipment, but the atmosphere was very relaxed and we had a lot of fun! And also the first successes :)

We had an exciting, educational and friendly Saturday morning with Steve. We learned a lot about coffee, production and preparation. Cool that we were able to learn it at home on our portafilter machine. This makes the transfer into practice much easier. Cappuccino still needs a lot of practice or a special course for it. The barista course took place at my home. Steve came to my house with all the supplies I needed. So I was able to learn how to make coffee on my espresso machine and grinder. Although I already had the feeling that I knew a lot, I still learned a lot. Steve's coffee knowledge is very extensive and, thanks to his very pleasant manner, very entertaining to learn. Very competent barista! My course was in a relaxed, private atmosphere (well equipped), Steve patiently took his time, which even enabled me to cast my first heart shape myself! I now always practice at home and will book more courses with Steve.- We recommend!

We asked Steve if he could come to us for a class for our wine festival. The activity was so cool! A few explanations about coffee and many exercises to make a nice cappucino :). The course was great. Steve is very nice, accommodating and helped us a lot, both with the organization and with tips during the course. It was a nice experience!
