Good taste balance in the blue cheese burger and that’s not easy! Special mention for the children's burger: size and taste, everything is there. The little one devoured it. The best kids' burger we've found so far. Thank you for being understanding with the children (who are playing, moving), it's not easy everywhere! The only point that could (I say could because it in no way hampers the quality of what we ate there: is the space, a little more space, especially with children downstairs ages that would be so great). But for those who are close, the “takeaway” option will totally do the trick. In short, thank you for the welcome and the meal!

I recently visited this restaurant with a group of 15 friends and had an incredible experience. Despite our last-minute reservation, the staff went above and beyond, swiftly accommodating us with genuine kindness. Not only was the service exceptional, but the burgers were the best I've ever tasted! Highly recommended!

The Beefore is still a reference, I can only highly recommend it! The burgers are of exceptional quality and their originality never fails to surprise the taste buds. The only downside that I could mention is the price, which can be a little steep. But you pay for quality and the taste experience is well worth it!

The burgers are so good that it melts in your mouth. Staff is extremely helpful and the vibes in the restaurant is chill and delightful.

So there is choice. So much so that we get a little lost but that’s very personal. The drink was served at the table and the burger we had to order at the bar. The burgers were served quickly with their fries. There was a lack of flavor in the vegetarian burger and in one of the blue cheeses (the rest I didn't taste) the fries are the most basic but the cooking was good. The raclette cheddar sauce tasted like a tube of spray cheddar but the béarnaise was delicious and full of flavor. Let's still highlight the fabulous price of 2.5chf per sauce! During the meal, the young waitress came to offer us more sauce to which we acquiesced by asking for a little more béarnaise. She left and forgot about us. I then reminded him that we wanted the sauce and the response was the following: however it will be extra. Anyway, the sauce arrived when the 3 of the 4 people with fries had already finished their dish… It would have been nice to offer the supplement because we had already paid once for this sauce and we still paid 171chf for 5 people (5 burgers, 5 drinks, 4 fries and 2 sauces) ah and of course 2.5chf for the extra sauce. I hope this comment will be taken in a constructive manner.

Quite simply the best burgers in Martigny. In particular the suggestions, changing every two weeks, which are very often out of the ordinary with sometimes unexpected ingredients.

Delicious burgers in the center of town. Strangely the basic burger didn't have a slice of tomato in there but they were happy to customize for a picky child.

This is clearly not one of the vegan health-food hipster restaurants you'll normally find me in. However, I was on a work trip and had to get something to eat. I think this one was by far the best option. It is not the healthiest stuff but they clearly play in another league than McDonalds and other junk food stores. When dining in, there is not too much garbage created (burger and fries are on a single Idk how to call these... burger paper? and sauces are in little paper buckets. They are not added by default, but you can get them; same applies to paper towels: you can take some but they don't simply put them on your plate. (I hate that when you get stuff you don't need and you know it will just be dumped in the garbage bin.)) So, for the category fast food, this restaurant really nice.

Adorable, smiling and professional service! The burgers are sooooo incredible and well worth the price! I often eat it at restaurants (I love it) and I would go back to Beefore without hesitation, really. For all this, it's a 5 star, because you can't give it more. I removed one star because two of us asked to replace one ingredient with another and we were still charged extra even though we could consider that the ingredients were equivalent in terms of price (bacon instead of raw ham / onion confit instead of chorizo). We found this a shame. There may be a small change to make on this side and then it will be perfect 😉.

What can I say... Just that everything is perfect. The burgers (Valesco and Beefore) as well as their fries are a real treat. I would say these are the best burgers and fries I have eaten. Each time with a warm welcome! What more ? In any case, thank you for existing :)

I'm posting this review after 6 or 7 outings to this place which is definitely worth the detour. Already, great team in terms of human relations. Always in a good mood and actively listening to everyone's sensitivity. Little anecdote as a vegan, from the first time, my request for no animal source ingredients was heard and resolved with a smile. I really felt treated with genuine respect. This is so rare in the restaurant world that it deserves to be highlighted and recognized. Well done and thank you. That said, the quality and freshness of the food as well as the presentation are also impeccable, it is each time a festival for the eyes and the taste buds. Another very pleasant aspect is that you can take your time without the pressure of having to free up space. So nothing to do with a fast food restaurant, it's a real restaurant worthy of this name that I highly recommend and where I return with great pleasure.

What a magnificent place to enjoy succulent burgers. I had never been a fan of this cuisine until the day I discovered Beefore. The quality of the products used is really top notch, nothing to do with Mc Donald! In addition, the welcome is very warm and each service is accompanied by a smile. As a vegan (no animal products), I feel considered in the same way as "carnivores", which is very rare in the restaurant world. Burgers with meat can be prepared with the vegetarian patty, which gives a variety of choices. After 6 experiences, I am still delighted. The eco-responsible packaging is also great. We came in June 2023. Warm welcome, warm and professional staff, well located, parking nearby. Excellent burgers as well as fries! Mmmmh! Just lack of space outside. Too bad not to be able to reserve a table outside. But not serious. We will come back with joy! Congratulations to the whole team.

A more than warm welcome, smiling and attentive staff. INCREDIBLE burger whether it’s the meat, the sauce or the raw vegetables, I highly recommend it! The fries are crispy and well seasoned. Honestly, I strongly advise you whether you are hungry or hungry.

Disappointed, I came with the aim of tasting a delicious Valais Burger and I ended up with bland and mostly cold meat for my taste. So also surprised in the wrong way for the very expensive price for the quantity and quality. I hesitated for a long time before writing my opinion because I was in no way aware of the previously negative opinions. I want to make it clear that I am not saying this to harm you. But you bring my own opinion. Thank you for your understanding.

Disappointed, 30.- to eat a full menu, the fries are the same as those in Inglewood. except that in Inglewood we have a complete menu + drinks at the same price as a burger with 320g of meat!! The meat was beyond bland. The cheese and bacon was the only thing I smelled. I'm still amazed at the portion of fries you have to pay for, and I'm not even talking about the sauce that came with it, I soaked 10 fries in total and there were no more. Add to that an average reception and there you have it. Unfortunately I don't recommend it. Answer ; Thanks for taking time to respond to me. This was for constructive purposes and not to be taken as an affront. And as for my opinions left on other restaurants, if I am greeted with a smile and a hello I will do the same and I will always be courteous and happy to share a discussion with the owners or servers. A very good burger, a bit different than in a typical "burger restaurant". I'm not entirely sure what caused this wonderful taste, but the roll and cheese were definitely unusual. Everything delicious and fresh. Nice service, order delivered very efficiently.

I would like to set the context by informing you that we were placed exclusively in the interior courtyard. I find this a great shame given the strong sympathy of the waitress, which creates a good contrast with our perseption of pettiness of the cook mentioned. The cold threat she gave us made us leave the establishment immediately.
