If all the good restaurants in the city center are full in the run-up to Christmas, there will definitely still be space available here. The truffle tagliatelle tasted excellent. The pizzas are also very good.

Really nice food and, for Basel standards, relatively affordable.

Here the guest is shown why Italia is bella. Hospitality, very good cuisine at reasonable prices and a wonderfully simple atmosphere. If you ever need a pinch of Italianità, you'll find it here. And speaking of finding, the host always (looks for and) finds excellent mushrooms during the season!

Wonderful! Real Italian cuisine! Just like in Italy! Here you can get fish that you would otherwise only get in Italy. And the espresso is also excellent!

Real, good Italian cuisine. Buffet at lunchtime, a la carte in the evening. Specialties: Grilled whole fish (fresh on Wednesday and Friday). Seasonally fresh oysters or truffles and porcini mushrooms. Homemade pasta and pizza. Tip: Pulpo carpagio, pasta with mushrooms or seafood, grilled flounder, lamb shank...

Authentic Italian restaurant with lunch buffet: pasta, pizza, pollo. The interior reminds me strongly of an Italian country pub. Highly recommended.

This is real Italian! The food is fresh, they recommend the daily special, they speak Italian, you feel like eating as their guests, fantastic! The interior is something to ignore though, but it is quiet and good to have a chat.
