I think it's a disgrace that they charge the full daily price for the last hour. This is totally outrageous & absolutely not family friendly.

I would like to express my greatest disappointment with my recent stay at Beo FunPark in Bossingen. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a particularly unpleasant welcome from the boss and the cashiers. After spending 100 francs on entry for my children and myself, I was dismayed to find that I was refused the exchange of my coins for tokens, under the pretext that I could not pay with twint but only cash (fraud???). This policy, combined with the derogatory attitude of the staff during our exchange, seriously tainted our experience. I would like to emphasize that the treatment I received was not only unpleasant, but also unacceptable. I therefore cannot recommend your establishment to anyone, and I deeply regret having spent my money in a place where the customer service is so blatantly poor. My daughter is 3 years old. Since she was 6 months old, we visited this park. I love it and she also loves it. It's a lovely place to go with the whole family. Super recommended. It's very clean and you can also bring your own snack.

extraordinary!!! nothing is missing, everything you need for little wolves and big ones. the big advantage: adults can also go on the attractions with their children. just awesome. With the new developments, even when very busy, we don't step on each other. The birthday packs are great and easy with picnics accepted (except hot food and alcohol, obviously).

Extraordinary playground for children but also for accompanying parents. Indeed, the place is big and there are games for all ages, young and old. The staff is there to meet your expectations. It is also possible to organize birthday parties, everything is very well thought out. The managers listen to proposals in addition to being generous in actions carried out outside the center (aid for people in difficulty, support for centers for people with disabilities, participation also outside Europe) . To summarize, the best thing is to stop by their place :) Thank you again for these good times spent with family!

By expanding over two floors, the number of children is spread out. We had a lot of freedom for a Sunday morning. Service is very accommodating when there are problems.

Why is smoking allowed right in front of the entrance? It's unbelievable how inconsiderate some people are.

This indoor playground is top class. The food is really good and in my opinion there is a lot of choice. The prices are also very fair. And what the upper börner is Pic-Nic is allowed, which is not a given. The playground is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly. From the entrance checkout to the kiosk, it's really great. I still have one point about what could be done differently. For example, a fruit platter or something like that. I will definitely come here again. I know quite a few - almost all indoor playgrounds in Switzerland. The equipment is in good condition. The offering is varied and designed to be super cool. Lots of seating options. In combination with the outdoor area, where there is also plenty of space and good playing opportunities, this gives me 5 stars. Which has a very wide and deep range and for a fair price. I can't confirm the bad reviews about the staff. Neither super friendly nor unfriendly - ok. Now we hope that maintenance will keep the facility in great condition for as long as possible. What I forgot, it is also very clean for such a hall.

A beautiful and pleasant place for children, although it is expensive

Too expensive! My one year old son had to pay 10 francs to enter and was not even able to use the games reserved for children up to 6 years of age, as there were much older children and therefore dangerous for small children and no supervision. If you charge a 1 year old child, you also guarantee that he can play in peace and in complete safety. Not to mention that with everything you pay, you get nothing included, no drinks or tokens. I know places where you pay less and there are things included.

Very very well done! Something for every age. It's not just fun for the children! :-) Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly and nice. Price-performance is good. Happy to come back!

Excellent place for children (5+), too bad not many facilities for small children. The more positive thing is that this is one of the few parks where picnics are allowed.

High diversity of games and attraction, and verry original! Adapted even for low-age childrens (dedicated area, and even the big castle as parents can follow everywhere. Not cheap, but reasonable entry fee considering that staff is verry friendly and maintenance is seamless. Food in the restaurant is actually not bad at all compared to other places of this kind. Quite well sold tho, but again, great maintenance and security for children has a cost. Since last year (2022) the playground has been substantially improved and extended with a second floor. Really cool! Now even on busy days and rainy "off school" day there is place for everybody to play without jumping over each others!

For such a (high!) price, it would be better if the staff avoided shouting repeatedly at the children who are having fun! A little kindness and kindness please! If you don't like children, change jobs!!! TO RUN AWAY!

It's a total scam. We force the parent to pay for entry who just takes a table in the refreshment bar. In addition, strollers are prohibited in the refreshment bar. I've never seen this anywhere else, really bad. The receptionist is very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Great place, nothing to say. I gave 1 star because it does not accept strollers with sleeping babies because for fire protection and the escape door is too small. But I have seen no fire detectors and no sound devices for evacuation for a public place, I do not think it is very wise. Wooden structure throughout. So I wonder if they are really up to standard with the building. For the expensive price the entrance and drinks but it's okay if you don't go every day. Recommended places but not with baby. Especially for families.

Large selection of games for all ages, even the youngest. We went there with our 18 month old who loved it.

Why not visit once. Ideal for children's birthday parties in small groups (6 - max. 8 children). Lots of safe attractions. Corner with tables for small birthday party with fries and chicken nuggets.

Restaurant is good with self-service, you are not allowed to consume anything that you have brought yourself, unfortunately it is said to be on the internet and you could also say this in a friendly way. The park is clean inside and entertaining for kids. Outside there are broken pieces to be expected. Sun protection is worth nothing. It's extremely hot for children. It's absolutely unsuitable for children to linger. Not inviting. Not comfortable.

It is absolutely necessary to take a trip to this funpark; we had a wonderful time there with two children aged 4 and 9. They loved it.

Very nice, especially after the renovation. Also very fun. Unfortunately on weekends it's always totally overcrowded and noisy. There is no consideration for smaller children and you have to be careful not to get trampled or pushed... Trampoline is always completely overcrowded and if you don't pay attention, you're bouncing back and forth... You have to be careful when driving cars. They often drive against you in oncoming traffic, which is very dangerous, especially if you don't see it or you think you don't have to pay any money and you have to push two people, jump and drive in after the other paying drivers.

The jug goes to the well until it breaks. This saying has been confirmed once again today. We (2 adults and 2 children) wanted to visit the Beo Funpark again this Sunday. Since we were a little late, we decided to 'just' eat at the restaurant and visit the park again another time when we had more time. The food is, at least for a fast food establishment, quite good and cheap. We particularly liked the pizza specials. However, after about 15 visits, it was the last time. Unfortunately, I had to notice on previous visits that the service mentality and customer friendliness left more and more to be desired. The staff walk around with stony faces, as if they thought they were in a funeral home. The black clothing certainly doesn't help in this regard. You simply don't feel welcome. This starts with the checkout at the entrance. But that wouldn't be a reason to avoid this place in the future. Ultimately it's about the children - and they were always enthusiastic. It would take too long to list everything that 'finished me off' today. Just this much: EVERYWHERE, on the website, on the menus, etc. the opening times are mentioned as 6:30 p.m.! We relied on this and scheduled our visit for around 5:15 p.m. At 6:00 p.m. we were informed in a friendly but firm manner that the restaurant closes at 6:00 p.m. My intervention didn't help. So we basically had to leave the restaurant with our mouth full - and then clear the table ourselves. As mentioned, that was just the icing on the cake. The park operators are unlikely to be interested in this - but luckily there are other options - especially in summer! It's actually a shame because we only live about 900 meters away.

There is no supervisor who regulates this! I hurt my elbow painfully because a kid who looked like 16 ran into me!

Our daughter celebrated her birth and was overjoyed and had a lot of fun at the 8m fun park with her friends. Highly recommend the fun park.

A magical place where your children can spend their beautiful energy. During a period (end and beginning of the year) I recommend that you go in the evening during the night beo funpark, the light show is great (it makes you want to go back to your childhood and go have fun with them 😅)

Actually quite ok, the number of people should be limited (during the holidays like today) it was totally overcrowded and the big children showed zero consideration for the smaller ones. There were always big children in the 0-6 year areas and none of the staff kept an eye on them. The food is very fatty and salty but it's good that you can take some with you. There should definitely be more workers there during the holidays.

Alot of activities for children but a bit chaotic during the weekends since alot of families arrive during that period.

Great for children and parents! On the other hand, avoid during peak hours! Arrive early and take the upper parking spaces because in the lower parking lot people park poorly and it quickly becomes difficult to get out!

The price has increased to 19.- for a child's entry and they force parents to pay 9.- just to sit at the tables. They justify it by the fact that we can also do the activities. I find that they force parents to pay through the children (who don't want to leave once they arrive) and that it's dishonest. So just for our daughter we had to pay 37.-. You should have the choice of paying adult entry if you want to participate. In addition, nothing is indicated on their site and there are still paying attractions inside 🤑

A great park, with its inflatable toys and very varied attractions, which invites children, parents and grandparents to participate and have fun. We had a fantastic time with our grandchildren. Very fun park, very welcoming and friendly staff. I highly recommend you.

Great indoor playground, nice staff! Unfortunately, far too crowded on weekends when the weather is bad! This as a tip for newbies like we were today. There was no more seating (people reserve tables like poolside chairs on vacation). There were so many children on trampolines etc. that the risk of injury increased significantly. There is no supervision, this is the responsibility of the parents. But parents prefer to be on their smartphones, so it's better to visit during the week ;) After an hour our children had had enough of the hustle and bustle. But it is rather expensive as a family, since adults also pay.

My son loves it. It's great that there are so many climbing and exercise options. The best indoor park in the Bern area.

Great! Why have such hard material at the bottom of the volcano? My 5-year-old daughter gets hurt every time and she's not the only one. The volcano landing needs to be reviewed. The rest is magnificent

Adults 9.- for standing around for the most part = cheekiness Children 17.- ok for the big selection of fun games. Food, kitchen & staff = cheekiness. Very profit-oriented and unfriendly. If you take chicken nuggets you also have to buy ketchup. I don't know ANY place in the world where you can't get at least 1 sauce with it.

A real experience for children😉👍 Especially the evening program on Saturday evening is highly recommended. Drinking & eating could be a bit cheaper😞 But luckily you can take your own food with you.☺️👍

Everything was very nicely done. We as pensioners have benefited because entry is free for pensioners. I think that's a hit. The prices are also acceptable. So worth a visit.

Very cool place!! The children are delighted. And after the renovation it’s absolutely great. One big minus for me was when they opened the front door, which is located directly opposite the games room and tables. A huge flow of cold air on sweating children and already frozen parents (since it’s quite cool in the room if you just sit at a table all day). I ask the owners to pay attention to this. Since sick children are not very good.

Has just been redone (locker rooms, restaurant, new attractions) Superb atmosphere, children have fun, it's also well thought out for parents. Much more seating than before. One of the better fun parks in Switzerland, congratulations. The only problem is that I couldn't get my grandson out for 6 hours 😉

On a Saturday there isn't a single person there to supervise the use of the various facilities, which is amazing. Whether Suva has looked at this (most likely not), not the facilities themselves, but the use of the facilities and the fact of the absence of any supervision? Every hotel slide in Greece has a supervision, but here they think that such a thing is unnecessary. Pretty amazing. (PS exit zones are not marked.) Food: French fries good, everything else mediocre.

While the park is good for older kids, small toddlers don’t really have anything to do there (they need to pay from 1 on). It would be a good addition if a spot for smaller kids would be set, like with big blocks, children kitchen or something where they could rock safely.

Great place to celebrate your children's birthday. Well organised. And great since they opened the 2nd floor. They speak French as well as German.

We really liked the facility. We didn't like the fact that you can't pay with TWINT; To pay by card a minimum amount of 10 CHF is required. It's incomprehensible why adults have to pay - ok, young adults definitely play along too, but the parents don't get much out of it. Note: It is not for small children (under 3 years).

It's a shame that various visitors claim tables when they arrive and then leave their things on the tables for the entire stay, so that anyone who wants to eat has no place to sit. I think if the operator wants to, this problem can be solved.

4.1 there was a lot going on in the afternoon, but it was spread out pretty well. Unfortunately the staff wasn't really friendly and very stressed. The facility has a lot to offer and my daughter and I had fun on the trampoline and the slides. What really disappointed me, which is why I only gave it two stars, was the food and drinks on offer. I stand in line and when I was second in line a man who works there comes and says in a rude tone that we have to wait in line at the other side as this is the end. Ok, so I queue again and when it's practically my turn, there's a sign: "Cash only". Great, thank you for the information. So start looking for an ATM that you can find at the entrance. Back in, I had other guests yell at me because they were queuing to pay the entrance fee and then queuing again to order the food. This time in the right place, the situation hasn't changed, many didn't know where to queue. Ordered food, received pager, after 20 minutes the two burgers were ready. In the children's burger the meat was very thin and in the normal one it was more of a meat ball than a patty. You then have to notice that both of them also had the extras on them (cheese and bacon). Correctly also charged. I would like this to be asked at the checkout and not just hit on it. In general, I have to say that there is still room for improvement in the quality of the food, but it is not a disaster. Organizationally, the fun park still has a lot of potential to improve. We will probably have to drive a little further and visit the new Indor playground in Rohrbach. I wish the fun park team much success and good luck and hope that this feedback will be seen as an impetus for improvement.
