Super hospitable landlady. Very good food.

The Bergbeizli Ochsenalp is located in a very remote location in a beautiful location, just over an hour's walk from the mountain railway. You immediately feel at home here. The simple meals are delicious and the staff is friendly and humorous. In short: everything is right!

Quiet, secluded pub. Nice panorama. Were served very friendly. I had the capuns, very tasty. Also recommend the cheese spaetzle.

A lovely hut in the mountains, a couple of hours from Arosa on foot. We stopped there for a lunch in during our hike and were very happy to find a very friendly staff and lots of options on the menu. We had delicious homemade Capuns and a lobemy semection of cold cuts and cheese 😊. Prices are reasonnable and one can even pay with card. Highly recommended.

Today we went hiking in Arosa for the first time and stopped at the beautiful Ochsenalp. We ate and drank very well and, above all, received excellent service. The alp has magical furnishings and loving design. Absolutely recommended, if you are on vacation in Arosa, you shouldn't miss it. We are already looking forward to the next homemade spaetzle.

Very nice panoramic path to Ochsenalp! A very nice landlady welcomes us there with very tasty food. The hut decoration with all the chicken figures is also worth seeing. Definitely visit👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The Ochsenalp is easy to reach on foot, by bike or in winter even with cross-country skis. The haven of peace in the middle of the beautiful mountains is exactly how you would imagine an Alp to be. Super friendly service, fine food and moderate prices.

Things are really good at Ochsenalp! No matter whether you order a warming barley soup, Schätzli spaetzli baked with cheese or a homemade cake, the food is simply delicious. It has a huge selection and something to suit every hungry person. The service staff greets everyone with a smile and pampers the guests with joy. The Ochsenalp itself is decorated with lots of hearts and you always discover something new (a chicken in a flower pot, a teddy bear on the lamp or a heart on the windowsill). It is a place with fond memories and definitely worth visiting again.

We were there twice with Bike from Arosa in the last week of August and each time we enjoyed the impeccable service and the fine food. The pub is also so lovingly and appropriately decorated that it hugs every visitor who comes by. It's a shame that some "valley-spoiled" visitors don't appreciate the loving and elaborate hospitality. This extraordinary mountain pub is a little jewel in the Alps!!! Gladly again!

Were guests at Ochsenalp today. Due to the nice weather, many hikers were also guests. After a short wait we were able to take a seat. The boss and the young lady in service do an outstanding job. After a breathtakingly beautiful hike on the Planet Trail to the Ochsenalp mountain restaurant, we were extremely nice and pampered with super fine food! Here you can see the love in the details... whether with food or in decoration! We will be back!!!

Cozy restaurant in the mountains. Returning on a scooter with children is not recommended. It's a lot uphill and the paths are very narrow and drop very steeply into the valley (mountain hiking trail). Unfortunately, this is not communicated when renting the scooters.

Best homemade spaetzli far and wide!!! Wonderful alpine hut with a very nice host and friendly, fast service. We were even able to charge our ebikes 🤩. At Kaffi Schümli Pflümli they didn't skimp on shots!!! We'd love to come back and we're already looking forward to the next time! 🤩🤩🤩

The Bergbeizli Ochsenalp is a small oasis in the middle of a beautiful, peaceful and quiet Alpine landscape. The friendly, well-positioned team around the lovely landlady Patrizia do an excellent job. You can literally feel how hospitality is lived here by the entire team with a lot of passion, commitment, friendliness and joy! The rustic and traditional dishes from the Graubünden Alps served here are extremely tasty and appropriate. Thank you, dear Patrizia, and your entire team for the warm hospitality! I'm already looking forward to my next visit to your "Paradiesli"!

When we arrived at Ochsenalp, we were greeted from a distance with the wonderful smile of the sleek waitress. We then decided without further ado to treat ourselves to a portion of Schätzli Spätzli with the house's own applesauce in this friendly atmosphere. Not only the food, but also the service impressed us 100%. The lively and humorous lady gave us a lot of laughs, but as everyone knows, the redheads have always been particularly classy. In any case, we had a great time with you!

The mountain pub is great. However, we rented scooters to go to Arosa, which is not recommended at all😝

Great Alpine pub. The hostess is fully committed. The dishes are super fine. The atmosphere is very inviting to linger.

Top notch service. Very pleasant staff and good pies or cakes even if the presentation needs to be reviewed. For the dishes, it's classic mountain food with quantities that are a little small after a long walk.

Everything is just right here!! There is more than enough space to park the bikes. The staff is very friendly and well-positioned, it's a pleasure to be a guest here. The selection of drinks and food is very large, considering that we are on an alp. And it tastes wonderful too.... Keep it up, I'll definitely be back.

This pretty farm inn is a pleasant destination for a walk from Arosa. We really liked stopping there to have a homemade meringue. Unfortunately the last time the meringue served was soft and certainly industrial, too bad.
