Because they can - I think 270.- for a double room, with half board, with a shared shower and shared toilet, is too much. Half board for me consisted of side dishes (that was the vegetarian dish) with the driest rösti I've seen in my life, you could have at least put a fried egg on it - none of it... Service was inefficient, apparently because they already had the whole thing Day in service were - well… two points because the view/location is nice - otherwise it would be one…

As always, the food was very good, but the friendliness left a lot to be desired. If an employee complains loudly about the guests' choice of seating, something is wrong. After all, you live off your guests... Maybe reconsider your behavior...

Very friendly service in the restaurant and also at the cable car. A drink could also be ordered in the restaurant that is not officially on the menu. The cable car is great and shortens the strenuous route on the Gr. Myths about a greater distance.

Super friendly welcome and great host team. Despite the late arrival time, a delicious dinner was prepared for us. We were alone in the inn and were able to move around freely and enjoy the ambience. After our sunrise hike on the Mythen, our breakfast table was already lovingly prepared. All the staff were helpful and very friendly! Thank you very much! We'd love to come back.

5 CHF for 500ml of water. They have intentionally blocked the water taps downstairs so that hikers end up buying from the restaurant (the hike up to Mythen doesn't have water springs on the way).

Found another nice place. Berg restaurant and guest court. Right next to the gondola. Ideal for a day of skiing, snowshoeing or winter walking. Delicious cuisine and super friendly service. Highly recommended. Beautiful view of Mythen. (Tip: the Alpnermagroni is great)

I had the Christmas dinner in Holzegg with my company APbau GmbH We had salad, cordonbleu fries with vegetables and apple strudel First of all, you have to say that the landlord attaches great importance to regionality. I was told that the meat, cheese and eggs come from the Einsiedeln region. The entire meal was super good, generous portions and very friendly staff! In addition, the table themes were suitable for my company at no extra charge....beautiful! gladly again!

Sausage cheese salad garnished is a disaster! Carelessly prepared and there wasn't much to see of Cervelat! There is no flexibility - you couldn't even order a cheese or meat platter because it was already lunchtime. Not offered until around 1430. Anyone who doesn't understand that the customer is king these days has understood nothing. My visit was the first time and also the last time.

Staff unfriendly: We wanted to order something to eat at 2:32 p.m., whereupon the service employee slammed the menu on the table and pointed out in an annoyed tone that according to the menu, orders could only be ordered until 1430. you could have said it in a friendly way. The fact that half of the tables had not been cleared rounded off the picture. No thanks. I don't feel like a guest here.

The greeting at the parking lot is grim and unfriendly. Either way, you wait at the train. It's a beautiful mountain indeed. We went there in the end of February and a lots of snow was there. You can do skiing, snowboarding, sledding and paragliding. The view is fantastic. You go up with one cable car, no need to change.

Food: It was okay Location: Very nice. And that's probably part of the problem, you probably just get all the walk-in customers ''for free''. This restaurant makes you wonder whether they are unfriendly or just plain untalented. But probably both. Anyone who expects a smile, a request, a thank you, a question about how it tastes or anything else of that kind is completely in the wrong place. The two tables around us had exactly the same experience and talked a lot about this “service gentleman” (probably even the owner) and joked about his arrogance. For my part, I don't think it's funny anymore, especially when you have to assume that someone with such a mindset probably even received Corona replacement payments in the form of tax money. I understand to some extent that if customers act "cheeky" then you no longer act like the host. Both we and the other visitors mentioned are definitely the “dear customer” type who sometimes don’t say anything for the sake of peace. Guys, I don't care if you're in a bad mood or whatever, it's just not a trap. When will these restaurants finally notice this, all these amateurs who run a business somewhere but don't have the slightest idea. In any case, good luck.

Trotz Take-away die besten Chicken Nuggets und Pommes weit herum. Wenn dann eine Mitarbeiterin sagt, nehmen sie nur 2 Portionen Pommes anstelle von den bestellten 3 weil diese sehr gross sind, dann bedeutet dies sehr grosse Ehrlichkeit. Solche Lokalitäten unterstütze ich sehr gerne.

Wir haben eine Mittagsverpflegung eingenommen. Das Restaurant ist gut auf Covid eingestellt und wir fühlten uns sicher. Obschon recht viele Leute unterwegs waren, erhielten wir einen 4-er-Tisch für 2 Personen. Tischabstände waren in Ordnung. Die Bedienung etwas hektisch, jedoch freundlich und speditiv. Das Essen war prima und sehr ausreichend.
