Typical mountain restaurant, consumption of fine warm sausages as well as cold sausage and cheese platters and especially a cheese fondeu. Visitors to the restaurant are mainly bikers and hikers.

Very nice rustic country inn with its own farm. Although the menu is manageable, the food served tastes wonderful. Very nice service. We would be happy to come back for a snack on our next hike in the very scenic region.

Mountain restaurant that can only exist in Switzerland: in the middle of nowhere but still functioning. Service was friendly. Price-performance ratio very good. Unfortunately, as a non-meat eater, I can only comment on the homemade, Holzhofen bread: delicious. I'm amazed that there weren't even potatoes (as a side dish, for example). The waitress's look was just as astonished when I asked about it...

1st time tried Fondue in Swiss. Special flavor, though may not like it. Salty and thick, but truly a Swiss tradition. 🙌🙌🙌

I really like this place because it is right on the path of various hiking routes on the Solothurn Jura heights. A visit to the restaurant is definitely worth it. It is an old farmhouse room with a tiled stove, the ceiling beams bend a lot. Between two windows, the wall is supported by a sandstone column that is proven to have been built around 1840 in the St.Urban monastery. At that time, the Berghof was part of the monastery's lands, to which the interest later had to be paid. Today the farm is privately owned and runs a small mountain restaurant.

Restaurant right on the farm, everything was very uncomplicated, the landlady set up a table for us in the sun so we could watch the sunset and watch the goings-on on the farm at the same time.

Mega delicious fondue! We went on a night hike up the Chambersberg from the Belchentunnel information point and then enjoyed the delicious fondue. In winter when there is snow, drivers without 4-wheel drive should install snow chains!

Very rustic mountain restaurant, where the portion and quality are right - even if it's just an 'Iiiklämmts' with Buure bread and ham. The journey is spectacular, a dead end, but a positive experience every time! Special case of navigation: Since the restaurant is located exactly above the motorway tunnel, it can happen that someone who relies on the navigation system ends up a few 100m too deep in the Belchen tunnel!
