Very good views and lots of space...

A nice restaurant with a great view. The self-service at the bar works perfectly. At lunchtime, however, things could get a bit crowded, which is hardly to be expected from a top mountain location.

Very nice location now in winter and very attentive and friendly service, everything was great except for the chicken meat, which gave my colleague food poisoning.

Even when the number of guests is high, the service staff has everything under control and remains confident and friendly. We always like to stop at the pub.

Nice place to eat whilst skiing, good food and buckets to share with a family. Was a little busy, so the waitresses where busy and took a while to get to us. But was worth the wait, they were friendly and the wetter was nice (eating outside was great).

We went on a snow hike to Käserstatt. The weather was beautiful, so we only ate outside at the bar. The prices were “OK”. I would also have expected the drinks to be more expensive. It's self-service. The hut in general is beautifully and modernly designed. The hut is relatively new. I'm not entirely sure anymore, the hut could have been built in 2020. The gondola lift is 2 minutes from the hut. When the weather is nice, the view is breathtaking.

The staff was so nice and fun. I could ask all the questions and i would get an Anwser. Can recommend to EVERYONE that is in the region. If you don’t now what to order then order the alpplermaggaronen. They are so good i dream of them every night. The best you can get in the world. Please go it is so good you have to try it.

Update 3.2.23 I was there for lunch. Service: Top, nice, friendly, fast Food: very fine, large portion, my son really liked the schnitzel, the burger was very tasty. Nice terrace 5 Stars Nice new restaurant, nice/good service, unfortunately the nut and almond peak for lunch wasn't fresh. A pity. 4 stars

The food was really great! We had Älplermagronen (best I've ever eaten) and schnitzel fries. Both mega big portions and so delicious. I found the service on the upper floor a little chaotic and therefore slow, but I thought it was so great that they offered a family menu that I gave it 5 points for service here too. The atmosphere is really nice. The toilets were super clean!

Went there at lunchtime and had to wait a while until a table became available. The service was very friendly even though it was very busy, came to the table quickly and took the order. Food and drinks also came very quickly. The schnitzel and the portion of fries were very tasty and filling. The view while eating outside is amazing.

Very good food at a good price, especially in a ski resort. Had soups, Käserstatt burgers and Älpler-Magronen and were very happy with everything. We had to wait quite a long time for our food, but there was a huge rush of visitors today, so that was understandable for me.

Restaurant divided: served on one side and self-service on the other. Unfortunately it is not possible to get fries from the self-service side, for example. The quality of the food is okay, but the self-service part is not particularly suitable for children.

Food was super tasty and inexpensive. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant is comfortably furnished and not overloaded with decorations, very pleasant. Music puts you in the mood.

The service here is unnecessarily lengthy and lacks basic information. Improvement is urgently needed to optimize the customer experience.

Nice facility, very nice staff. The prices are on the lower side for a ski area. Only a little seasoning would have benefited the food; several dishes were bland.

Great mountain restaurant, great cuisine

We had been there couple of times during our stay. Great place, amazing view. Food portions were huge. Very close to the slopes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It gets quite busy during a day. Worth considering a table booking.

Really very nice atmosphere I treated myself to a roll and a punch, as well as a dessert. The food was good, but when I saw the bill I was so shocked that I almost died of a heart attack. I had to sell my house and car, but at least I could enjoy the food. Highly recommended if you want to experience what it's like when you run out of money.

3-2023 fantastic how the staff remains friendly despite the massive rush. The food also came very quickly and was excellent considering that so many guests had to be served. 2202 We were there for lunch and it was very nice. Super nice service. The building is very new and is extremely beautifully designed. We really liked the whole thing.

Beautiful, new mountain restaurant, with a terrace and a beautiful fireplace inside. Modern toilets. Clear offer. Fine food and very friendly and prompt staff. Well located between the Käserstatt mountain station and the chairlift.

Wonderful ski restaurant, perfectly rounded off a lovely day of skiing. Modern location, super friendly service, extremely fast service and a very fine menu, was simply top. Thank you, we will definitely come back to Hasliberg!

Great remodeled alpine hut. They have a large selection of foods. When I asked for my soup to be heated more they immediately helped out. Definitely recommended!

Sunday, nice weather, slopes and restaurant full. We ordered soup of the day and Älpler macarons at 1 p.m. At 1:45 p.m. we canceled our order after our table neighbor said he had been waiting since 12:15 p.m. Soup and Älplermskkaronen... it can't be that difficult. The winter hasn't been that great so far, so I'm more than happy to treat the ski resorts and restaurants to the rush... but only to those who want to organize themselves and make money.

Most beautiful mountain restaurant far and wide! I would love to visit Hasliberg again.

Good food, great hut with terrace, 1A panorama.

Unfortunately there were far too few employees in service and probably also in the kitchen. You had to wait a long time and there were dishes lying around everywhere because the employees didn't have the skills to handle everything. Nevertheless, they were in a good mood and really did their best. Dear boss, it's better to hire 2-3 more people than risk the good employees running away.

I think this is the first time I've given a mountain restaurant 5 stars. I'm off skiing on the Hasliberg, but the Käserstatt mountain restaurant is so good that I keep going there again and again. It is divided into two parts, a self service and a served one. I have to say that both are equally good. The served part is very tasty and it happens very quickly until the food is there! Next time I'll go again and again until I've tried the whole menu! Gladly again. It also has km of outdoor lounge chairs for all guests.

Nice new restaurant, everything was very clean, staff was very friendly. The salad and fries were to our liking. Our small meal came very quickly (but we didn't have many guests). In our opinion, the price was justified.

Written yesterday, arrived today, it couldn't be faster. I mean our dog bowl, which we left behind in the Käserstatt mountain restaurant on Sunday because we left a bit hastily to catch the gondola. Actually, we didn't need one at all, because the very friendly and attentive waiter also brought us water for our four-legged friend. But (unfortunately) we were quicker with our own because we were thirsty from the wonderful hike from Melchsee-Frutt. We also really enjoyed the coffee and ice cream. We'll be happy to come back, next time we'll definitely come without a bowl ;-), because we know we'll be well looked after there, including our dog. Thanks again for the uncomplicated and very friendly handling of our special request.

Today we were in the beautiful mountain restaurant with a group of 21 people. It is commendable how courteously we were served despite the large crowds. You should have an employee like Mr. Trost in a team, his way of working is simply exemplary. The food also tasted wonderful, the supplemental salad dressing was delivered immediately upon request. The portions are plentiful and beautifully prepared. The wine selection is varied and absolutely affordable. All I can say is: “Keep it up!” Thanks.

Exceptionally well-positioned staff who keep an overview even in stressful situations. We were served very quickly and friendly, the food was very good. The menu is very extensive, the restaurant is divided into a serviced section and self-service. We paid 40 francs for 2 people, the prices are cheap. The Älplermagaroni costs 20 francs. Great view! Recommended.

Just one star because of yesterday. Because my husband ordered Älpler Matronen at 12:45, he didn't enjoy them at all because the potatoes were temporarily frozen. For dessert he had a pistachio ice cream and an expresso. In the afternoon he suffered from painful abdominal cramps and was unwell all night. Please check what was going on in the kitchen. Very hospitable, attentive and helpful staff, child-friendly, very fine dishes for every taste, very fast service even at peak times, dishes very inexpensive considering the location!

One of the best slope restaurants I know! Extremely friendly staff and prompt service. The meals were delicious with generous portions. Not only the sun terrace with fantastic mountain views, but also the look into the beautifully designed interior is worth it!

Simple self-service kitchen. Today we went sledding there for the first time and it was fun. Great view at 1850m. The staff is always very friendly, even in these hectic times.

It's also wonderful that you are served personally and paying in cash is no problem. Keep it up Food was very good for a mountain restaurant. Fresh salad, fine sauce and even vegetables to go with the meat and fries.

There was not so much choice of food and at first I was not sure what would be coming the table,.. but actually it was really perfectly prepared. We had mixed salads (huge plate), schnitzel and a big pot of pasta, all delicious. The petite arvine is also excellent.

The Älplermagronen are great with homemade fried onions. However, the fries are much better seasoned in Alpentower and Bidmi (here they are boring, conventionally salted) and the syrup for the children is served in a mini glass. Refilling costs extra (of course, work isn't free, but a refill station wouldn't be a bad idea - or simply larger glasses. Otherwise you'd just refill yourself at the washbasin).

We had lunch in the Käserstatt on January 22nd, 2022. Although full, we received wonderful service from the team. The food was very good and the service was great! A special compliment to Simone, who made our stay at the Käserstatt a special pleasure with her heartwarming and humorous manner. Thank you very much. None of this is a given! Marcel

Waited a long time to eat and then got the wrong thing. There was only one waitress on the entire top floor and she was completely overwhelmed. Never again!!!

The food was great, but we weren't allowed to order what we wanted and then we were ignored for 25 minutes. The order was not complete.

The Käserstatt restaurant has become very nice and a cool idea for families with the family pot. It's just a shame that Feldschlösschen beer is now available instead of a regional beer. Then I'll just have to go somewhere else to satisfy my beer consumption. 🤔

We recommend. The staff is always friendly and there are hardly any waiting times. Sitting outside on the terrace in the sunshine in winter - just lovely.

The "homemade" cakes were rather thawed and tasted bland. Although the exterior facade is very new and beautiful, it is adorned by very unfriendly and inflexible employees. We didn't feel welcome.

Very nice view and friendly service. Be sure to try the Hasliberg cake. For families there is a bowl of Älpler Magronen. This is very customer friendly for the budget.
