Order online via Eat.ch! Ordered sushi platter for 3 people, it was enough to fill you up and of extremely good quality!! I was totally surprised by the high quality when I saw where the sushi came from. It was so good that we will always order there from now on!

Best sushi I've ever had❤ the dumplings with shrimps were very tasty. The strawberry mochi was a heavenly delight, as was the bubble tea, both of which I had never tried before and am now an absolute fan.

If you like to wait a long time for your food, you'll be well served there! The quality of the food was good! The price for takeaway without delivery could be a little cheaper as the portions are also smaller.

Food great! Especially the Chinese dishes since the owner is Chinese. Speaking of which, he is very personable and accommodating - as is the whole team. We recommend! It's a few francs more expensive, but it's worth it.

Maybe we were just unlucky. The sushi here was highly recommended to us. As you can see from the pictures, we ordered roast duck with noodles. The duck was great. But the sauce was stale and didn't really belong on a plate. The beef curry was quite ok. Unfortunately, the ambience isn't the best either. A lot of work needs to be done here to give the guests a good feeling. The restaurant is also used as a warehouse. The service staff is very nice.

Title: Excellent restaurant experience and exceptional service at Big Marmor in Bern We had an exceptional experience at Big Marmor in Zollikofen that we would like to share. On the way to the Rammstein concert in Bern, we wanted to park the car in Zollikofen and continue on the Sbahn. After a long day at the lake, we were very hungry before the concert. Since we were a bit pressed for time and had difficulties with parking, we decided to quickly find something to eat in front of the train station in Zollikofen. Opposite the train station is Big Bamboo, an Asian and sushi restaurant. As we entered Big Bamboo we were greeted by Chef Alex. We explained our situation to him and he offered us an express service to ensure we got something to eat quickly. Although we didn't have the time to try the delicious sushis, Alex made sure we got a hot meal so we could stick to our schedule. What particularly impressed us was Alex's attentiveness and willingness to help. He not only explained to us where we had to get on at the train station, but even accompanied us there. He also gave us valuable tips on where we could park our car to use our time efficiently. We were able to eat the delicious rice dishes at the train station and on the train. It was a wonderful encounter and a gesture of hospitality that we will remember for a long time. Overall, our visit to the Big Marmor in Zollikofen was not only satisfying from a culinary point of view, but also characterized by the exceptional service from Chef Alex. We are grateful for his help and support in a somewhat stressful situation. If you are looking for a great restaurant with outstanding service in the Bern area, we can highly recommend Big Marmor.

Excellent! My husband and I were shopping at Shoppy and were craving Asian food. I spontaneously searched the internet for an Asian takeaway and came across Big bamboo. Once there, we decided to stay and ordered a small sushi platter (Osaka) and crispy duck with fried rice. The food was delicious and the price was absolutely OK - we're used to more expensive things. This place is totally on point .. reasonable prices (22CHF for a solid mixed sushi plate), pretty darned tasty (for a landlocked country),and super nice dudes running the place .. they are "english" friendly which gives them extra points :)

Dumplings were a bit cold inside. Fried rice with chicken was also a bit dry. Chicken Gong Bao was mediocre.

We had the Saturday buffet à discretion. The quality of the food (especially the sushi) was great and tasted great. The service was absolutely friendly and accommodating. In terms of price, the whole thing is in the upper price segment at 59 CHF. It was a bit of a shame that the 59 francs actually included the homemade lemonade. But that day we ran out and we just took a soft drink, which we then had to pay for on top. For the price I would have expected more goodwill - especially because the advertised offer obviously couldn't be offered.

We wanted to get something to take away from Little Bamboo, but since it is closed, it was just outside the door. We were directed to Big Bamboo, where we should have started on the way home. Well, we ordered 4 main courses, 2 aperitifs and a sushi platter from the main shop. We waited patiently in front of the door and after 40 minutes the menu was ready. When asked repeatedly whether the quantity of the order was correct, the woman replied in the affirmative. It seemed like little to me. Especially since the takeaway disposable tableware clearly showed the 3x portion and the sushi plate was somehow missing. Follow-up check: missing 1 main course and the sushi plate. We didn't pay more, but I definitely wasn't willing to wait any longer. The food was mediocre and everything tasted similar. Does 2x sweet and sour, satay and a few skewers with wonton really take 40 minutes?

We attended a 2-hour sushi course with Alexander and his wife. The two gave us a warm welcome, were well prepared and enjoyed showing us their craft. The sushi are - as always - very tasty. The sushi platters, which are beautifully decorated, are particularly great. All ingredients are fresh and delicious. We'd love to come back!

We had sweet and sour chicken and tofu with peanut sauce delivered to our home. The portions are large but unfortunately not exactly the quality we were hoping for. Unfortunately the satay sauce was very diluted and therefore had hardly any taste! The sweet/sour menu was also carelessly produced with a cheaply bought standard sauce.
