Visited back on my second trip in Switzerland with some family. This is not a nice place. It seems a lot more like a desperate attempt at forced expansion for Big Burger. We ordered (6 of us) many parts of our order were messed up. One of us didn't even get our meal and we had to remind them that we wanted it. They also listed an item on their menu which they did not have and gave us a completely different item with no heads up. The food was not bad by any means but the service was unprofessional and the atmosphere was almost as bad, this is a warehouse. The waitress was confused when we showed up despite having a reservation as well. I'd strongly recommend against coming to this location amongst all of the ones there are to choose from.

Super tasty burgers with, what I particularly love, really great sweet potato fries. The food is always super fresh, delivered in time. The decor on site is also great and the food there is really enjoyable. The only thing I would like to see is a larger selection of drinks. Personally, I think NOCCO (without coffee maker) is really great. I wish you continued success! 😊🙌

Very good burgers, the side dishes are a bit expensive.

This is comparable to all Swiss Burger places I tried. The burgers all look the same and they taste mediocre. I liked the service. The menu is creative, but, in my opinion, has too many chef-designed options and lacks an easy build-your-own burger option. The salad menu looks more promising and I'll try that the next time.

Very fine burgers, top service. Burgers from CHF 15.00. The only negative thing is the drinks. It only has a few sweet drinks in 3.3dl aluminum cans and very little selection. A wider selection would be desirable and I would also find 5dl Pet better.

The review does not concern the delivery service but the on-site restaurant. The food is fine! The selection is huge! However, I think the prices are far too high for the overall experience you get there. Example children's menu for 4 nuggets + very few fries costs 14.90. You would have to pay for mayonaise or ketchup separately! (A 6 year old wouldn't have enough of it) The "normal" burger menus are also priced more in the restaurant range. No own toilet facility, just an ugly toilet facility from the industrial hall. Draft at the seating, constant in and out by our own delivery staff. This is not a restaurant but a burger delivery service where you can also eat on site if there is space for one of the 6 or more tables. Tip to the operator: In my opinion, there should be cheaper prices locally than if you had the food delivered to your home. Then the price-performance ratio is better.

Delicious burger... but why are there only veggie burgers that are gone in just two bites. Vegans and veggies are not constantly on a diet or not eating anything. It would be nice if the burgers were a more reasonable/larger size.

One of the best burgers I've ever had!! From the arrangement of the menu (chicken-avocado burger with menu salad) on the chic wooden plate to the freshness of the salad, fine salad dressing and an absolutely top-quality burger to the friendly staff, I was thrilled. Very good value for money. The selection of different burgers is huge, from the noble Waigu beef burger to the classic simple burger, you can find it all here. Each individual burger is represented visually, making selection easier. Ingredients (additional) such as crispy onions or the selection of different buns are optional. Highly Recommended!!

There is better, especially for this price it's nothing special.... And Big Burger should better be renamed Small Burger (for prices up to 28 FR. It should be bigger)

Food was very good, the chicken burger was pretty much perfect. The service was also very nice and the food was on the table quickly The only thing that wasn't great was the final price: It says on the menu that the menu costs 21.50 but with a pet bottle to drink it costs extra, I ended up with almost 27.-. Here I was disappointed that it wasn't explained properly and at the end there was this surprise. Price performance not OK but fantastic selection (huge selection of burgers) and good service. Rather less for every day, stopping by and eating on a weekend is ok.

Excellent service, delicious food, the hamburger has no flaw, you can taste the freshness of the meat! Crispy and salty pommes just right. Not to mention the mozzarella sticks, stringy and tasty! Excellent, I will definitely go more often to eat or order online.

3 out of 5 stars from me. Fries were overly salted and the burger was nothing special. Had the Amsterdam menu with twister. The price is rather high, so I expect a little more quality. Portions are generous and delivery service was very quick. Less than 30 minutes.

So, here's the thing: Big Burger pioneers a sort of dish that I didn't know I wanted before. It seemingly effortlessly merges gourmet burgers with pub grub. Basically, it has the best of both worlds: It's greasily satisfying and has creative ideas. We ordered three burgers: The Lumberjack, the Raclette Burger and the Chuck Norris Spicy Burger. The Lumberjack is your run-of-the-mill delicious burger with all of the everything. While the crunchy bun wasn't crunchy, it was full of flavour and a nice change to the big chain burger stores. The Raclette Burger, however, was a fun thing: The gherkins and the pickled onions were thoughtfully delivered separately while the peppered Raclette cheese was left to melt over a perfectly medium rare burger. But attention, Spicelords! The Chuck Norris burger - advertised as having 5 million Scoville - isn't anywhere near that number. It's a decently spicy sauce with nice flavour and a healthy bit of spiciness as far as Switzerland goes, it's nowhere near the 5 Million advertised. My 100'000 Scoville sauce feels way more spicy than this admittedly delicious sauce. Don't expect the spicy apocalypse in burger form, but a very much decent burger with an okay-ish spicy sauce. However, one star removed because the sweet potato fries were advertised as crunchy, but they really weren't. While I admit that they notoriously difficult to get crunchy, this was nowhere near crunchiness. They were tasty, but not crunchy at all. tl;dr: We'll definitely order from Big Burger again, expecting gourmet ideas prepared in a pub grub way. Delicious. Update after dining at the restaurant: the locale is a very nice and cozy place. The service is excellent and super friendly. We were advised on the best buns, the sauces and had our side dishes converted to a sharing sized collection if the sides we couldn't decide between. So great food and great service.

The staff is very friendly. Large selection of burgers (beef, chicken, vegetarian). Different rolls. Very tasty sauces. Great selection of side dishes. The price/performance ratio is right for me, as there is a large selection and the burgers are delicious.

HAMMER burgers from A to Z! Ordered over the phone, the lady was super nice, repeated everything again and made sure it was all right. Less than 40 minutes until delivery. Friendly driver, food warm. The quality of the rolls, meat etc. is first class!! This isn't the last time we've ordered.

Negative: Fresh burgers taste different! Pre-made, tasteless patties with bad house sauce that resembles a simple kebab sauce, as well as industrially made coleslaw from the vat. Price-performance is not right! Positive: Fries are good, like in a good restaurant. Portion size is right. The chicken meat in the chicken nuggets is made from whole chicken.

I've never had a better burger. The finger food and side dishes are also very good. Orders are taken over the phone in a friendly and competent manner. The delivery was at the door in just 30 minutes. I can only recommend!

For a burger shop the burgers are insufficient, the meat is frozen and for a burger shop I expect fresh meat
