The portion size of the Twister Fries for 12.50 is an absolute disgrace. Was the last time Big Burger for me

The burgers are phenomenal. Highly recommended if ordered via courier! We found the service in the restaurant to be unmotivated and the atmosphere not homely. We think the fact that the restaurant owner has now decided to stop selling alcohol is an absolute no-go. A fine beer goes with a fine burger!

The food is great. It isn’t unhealthy and they don’t put chemicals in it like other fast food restaurants. The service is very comforting. Every employee that I’ve met here is extremely nice and helpful. The Atmosphere in the restaurant is nothing else but amazing. They have nice music, a cool room design and even some family pictures on the walls.

The 2 stars are for the stuff, they are really friendly and fast, but the quality is the same with the burgers from Burgerking, especially the bread that it clearly not homemade.

I can only give one star here. Waiting 1 hour for a burger is quite an art when the place is only half full. I'm happy to pay more for good food, but not for a lukewarm burger that tasted like it had been warmed up in the microwave. The lettuce in the burger looked like cooked spinach. Unfortunately, the potatoes were also very soft and lukewarm. I don't even think I got the right burger because mine had ketchup on it and my burger had cocktail in it.

We haven't eaten such fine hamburgers as in this restaurant for a long time. The service person, Leila, was very accommodating and friendly. Simply A1!!!!!!! Thanks again for the great service! We would like to come again.

Was there for the first time today and would definitely visit the store again. Large selection of citizens and side dishes! For lunch there are selected burgers with salad first and fries as a side dish.

The cheaper burgers are of a similar quality to those from other well-known fast food chains. The more expensive ones are not worth the money in terms of taste. Fries have to be ordered separately on almost all menus. Overall prices are very exorbitant. no risk of repetition.

We ordered burgers, the burgers arrived very quickly and were delicious, but when we noticed that a few extras were missing, we got in touch and they suggested we get a discount on the next order or the burgers again to deliver, we decided on the discount, but it was not sent by email as promised, even when asked, it was simply ignored. It was the last time I ordered there for now.

The service is really super friendly and very efficient, I felt I was well advised. The Chicken Avocado was a good 10/10. The taste in music brought a good mood.

Was today, November 24th, 2023 at BB Winterthur in the evening. Restaurant only 1/4 full. Waited 40 minutes for burgers. Burger tasted and looked very good but was at room temperature (much too cold) Bowl with fries only 1/2 full and also at room temperature. Ketchup from the freezer. What more can I say about this?

We were there yesterday. The burgers were brutal! Very large. Service friendly and quick.

The food is really good, but once I waited 1.5 hours for the food and today, according to the SMS offer, I got free chili cheese nuggets. Both times they were obviously dishonestly put off on the phone. Missing inserts were supposed to be delivered later, but they never arrived... a shame. Unfortunately, price/performance is not right.

I'm here with my work colleague and are doing a training course for 5 people, we're here every day and our opinion is that the burger is really better and the food has a great taste and different salads and other things which are very tasty! The food and ambience was fantastic! But the service was catastrophic. We arrived and after 15 minutes they asked for drinks and then no one came for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes we ordered food and waited another 30 minutes until the food came!

Great burger, very tasty and for the first time it looked like the picture on the menu - compliments! The burger was only eaten after an hour, but it was still excellent. The big burger chains can't stand up to this and dispose of their sludge straight away. The prices are affordable (between 15-35), so there is something for every budget. The interior design also looks awesome. A tiny deduction for the garden chairs from the 80s, but the rest easily makes up for it. Keep it up - very well done.

The burgers are indescribably delicious and the service is simply amazing, so in my opinion anyone who thinks McDonalds or Burger King is better is a culinary philistine because the burgers from Big Burger are not only beautiful to look at, they are a pure delicacy and the condition is very serious and Likeable so that you just have to feel comfortable, that's why the 5 stars are more than deserved.

Minimum order value according to internet 85.- to Pfungen. I was told on the phone that the minimum order value is CHF 95 The supposed “leader” didn’t want to accommodate. I have ordered from Big Burger so many times. NEVER AGAIN!

Food of taste and quality 7 stars. The atmosphere is relaxed, rather dark, I like it. All in all top - 1 star for the price.

Danger! Incorrect information and tricks on the website when ordering! Drinks ALWAYS cost extra! Dessert and extra sauce is always preselected! Drinks are only 0.33 cans, not 0.5l as stated. Sweet potato fries come in half a portion (the normal ones have already been eaten in the photo), but cost 5.5CHF extra! Delivery has 90!! took minutes. If the castles weren't so good, I wouldn't order them again for a long time. It's best to order the burger alone.

Address was misunderstood and written down... the driver called and he is somewhere else. By the time he came to us he would probably have delivered to others first. My buddy called him after 15 minutes to know where he was. The driver said, "I'll be with you in a moment, just run downstairs" and didn't come until after 10 minutes. 1. You don't tell a customer to come down. Especially not if you're not there yet. 2. It takes less than 25-30 minutes to drive from Seen to Oberwinterthur. 3. As a courier you don't forget your wallet in the car. Food: Fries ice cold and rubbery... no wonder. Burger ice cold and way too much sauce... I put the fries straight to the side after the first three and I threw the burger away after the second bite because on the one hand it was ice cold anyway and on the other hand the sauce was running out of the tap and messed up my T-shirt and pants. Insolence from the driver... Whoever made the burger should remember not to overdo it with the sauce. Greetings to the management... you don't deserve the prices you charge. Never again, because this is the fourth time in a row that you have ruined my appetite and my evening!!!

Too much bread for the portion of meat. The meat reminded me of Wendy’s. Tables have white wax all over and do not look clean (hot water would clean them). As far as “service” I had to get up and yell excuse me several times, they’re all in back (nobody is watching the restaurant).

As always, the food was very, very tasty! The waiting time is extremely short and the service is always polite and very friendly - just like today😊! We feel very comfortable every time and are already looking forward to the next time. 😇

Burgers are ok, not crazy but big. However, the prices are completely exaggerated. Charging 2.00 for extra cheese is a complete rip-off.

Meat is anything but prime. Frozen and compact. We felt about as comfortable as the fiddle leaf fig that looks like it's been poured with frying oil. It's better to invest in a large Feldschlössli to wash down. A pity. But otherwise everything was great.

The burgers are very tasty. But waiting 70 minutes for it to be delivered is clearly too long. And instead of chili cheese nuggets, chicken nuggets were delivered

For the office inauguration we ordered Burger's for the team. At 12 p.m. sharp, all 16 burgers arrived hot in two vehicles. Top service, and as always SUPER FINE Important: order early enough for large orders!

I will come by again to order a burger and the helpfulness of the staff is also great. The employee even held the door open when I left because I was on crutches. I can really recommend the restaurant to everyone.

For the food, I would definitely give Big Burger Winterthur more than 5 stars! We order there very often, practically every weekend at least once and always the same dishes. Unfortunately, on average I have to call 3 times because the orders arrive incorrectly. The lady on the phone is always very nice and also sends us new food that was delivered incorrectly. The ultimate thing would be if we received a small concession at the restaurant's expense (free drink or something similar) as an apology and as a thank you for our countless orders. This has never been the case before. In general a great resti :-)

I wanted to give you a second chance and my friend ordered from you again. The woman on the phone was so rude and forgot the menu. The poor driver had to come again. I definitely won't order again and won't recommend it again

Suppliers do NOT follow traffic rules. They are also cheeky and threaten and insult you while driving. I have already reported this directly to the boss, he said: they are under stress and this can happen

Quite expensive but the meat and the bread is good, sauces are homemade and the staff is nice. There are many ways to eat your burger and you can even customize it. Quite easy to go by bus since one of the stop is right in front of the Restaurant (I believe the stop was Gaswerk) They are still working on their drink menu but the coke and Icetea was 4.50

At the beginning it was probably best to eat 4-5 times, the 6th time we both had small pieces of cartilage and bone. in the flesh! Initially great, now no longer an option. It's a shame that the quality is no longer the same!

I used to love being a customer, but not anymore. The quality of the burgers was initially better, as was the quality of the churros. After a data protection issue in which my contact details were displayed to various customers and the restaurant couldn't even apologize for it and only informed me that the problem had been fixed, my name was published on Google due to my honest review of it.

Just horrendous! Stay away from this place!! Burgers aren't of any quality and are way overpriced. It's all just marketing buzz to try to differentiate from Burger King across the street. On top of that, they forgot to pack some stuff on my take-away order. When I called, the girl tried to blame it on me, ended up insulting me, and hung up the phone. This is not how you treat people and much less your customers.
