The best burgers! Very tasty and a huge selection, I eat there regularly and the service is always great and the service is always very friendly and accommodating.

I had dinner here with two friends yesterday and all three of us were very, very satisfied. Great service (hands-on, special requests are also taken into account), delicious burgers and fries (and also good portions) and the food came quickly, even though another table ordered at the same time. All in all a very successful evening, thank you very much.

I ordered there last night. When I saw the offers and prices, I was a bit shocked, some of them (especially side dishes) were very exaggerated. I had a BBQ burger because there were really only a lot of spicy burgers and not with an appealing sauce. In order to get the minimum order value, I added churros, sorry, but 5 pieces for 9.90CHF isn't possible, next time I'd rather do it myself :). The churros are also very thin and small! One time thing

Very cold. After 45 minutes, not even a starter. After asking where the food is. Only a quick response from the delivery service takes precedence.

We ordered today for the whole family. The food arrived warm, crispy and very timely. The portions are very large and it tastes delicious. The food delivery person was extremely nice - we would be happy to order again!!

A very nice gentleman called us and asked if the 50 minutes were okay for us. They are trying to process it faster but can't promise anything. With great understanding, we took it easy and relaxed and told him not to stress, he was nice enough that he was nice enough for us Infomiere, they even managed it in less than 45 minutes and the food was still warm and crispy, simply great! that's customer service! we will definitely order again!!! Order or eat on site? Doesn't matter because the delivery person delivers the food in record time. This means that the fries are not soggy and the burger is still just as juicy. The customer service on the phone was also very nice and accommodating. Certain other restaurants could take this place as a model.

I am overwhelmed by these burger creations! Just the menu, with information about the burger, a more detailed description of the meat and how many grams. This place absolutely deserves a lot of recognition and should be more widespread than this McDonalds... This place has by far the best burger I've ever eaten have. Top people, top ambience, nice and simple and you can enjoy your meal in a rather gloomy but at the same time comforting restaurant. Huge selection of food and burgers, each with its own story and origin. Thank you for the great passionate work! I LOVE this burger. You should bless your stomach once a month...be sure to try the Big Boy, it's VIOLENT and very fine at the same time.

The lady who served us made a very friendly impression. We arrived 30 minutes before closing time and didn't have the impression that the restaurant was going to close soon! Very friendly. It's always been very good so far. But today the delivery was missing a drink and the fries were no longer fresh, according to McDonald quality. Burger was ok but too expensive for the quality. I'm willing to pay more for a very good burger, but then everything has to be perfect.

We had dinner with the family of 4 people. The burgers are first class, especially the Chicken BBQ and the Bacon Prime. Service was great and the atmosphere on the terrace was very cozy. We can only recommend this restaurant.

Ambience was nice. However, your waitress folded towels next to our dining table, which we found quite uncomfortable when someone folds laundry on a table next to people who are eating. About the burger I have to say that they are simply standard burgers and the taste was not convincing. Unfortunately, for these reasons I will never come to you again. I took all my friends with me to show them this place. Each of us was simply shocked at the prices you had... Because it didn't taste really good, the visit wasn't worth it to me and I left a good bit of money on the table because it was standard. Apart from the fact that the restaurant is nice and has a good location, your burgers are unfortunately really not that good. Patties were simply dry and tasteless.

Very unfriendly woman at the counter, 5 minutes after ordering we said we would like to eat there and she said that the chef prepared the food so that we could take it with us and therefore we couldn't eat there. I think this is bad customer service because it would have been no problem to serve the food from a box to a plate. The food was actually good but a little poor quality

We ordered 8 burgers. The delivery time was okay. The burgers were also okay but unfortunately the price was way too high and then there were the wrong side dishes on all the menus. Unfortunately there are better burger places.

Today was my first time at Big Burger, but it definitely won't be the last time! Really great burgers, great side dishes, great service! What more do you want? We'll see each other again and I'm already looking forward to it! Addendum: Even the third visit doesn't change the first impression: cool people, simply fantastic burgers and delicious side dishes. For example, I have never had better sweet potato fries anywhere.

Funny idea with the black mirrored ceiling :) Service was quick, very pleasant, friendly and accommodating, I also asked if everything fit, etc. Top! As well as the burgers were at the table after 15 minutes and tasted great 1 star deducted for the price. 2 burgers, 2 sides, 3 drinks, 1 espresso for just under 85CHF. Sure, the Wagyu beef is a little more expensive, but still a steep price.

The good: the to-go packaging, the sweet-potato fries The bad: bland “house-sauce” and general lack of sauce in the burgers The ugly: we ordered two “premium” and one regular beef burgers. There is no discernible difference in quality. Ordered two times medium, one time medium-rare, all burgers were well-done. The quality of the beef is bad-worse than Mc Donald’s. Also, the price: CHF 76.00 for 3 burgers, 1 order of regular and 1 order of sweet-potato fries….

Burger was really good, but has a steep price, service could do with a lot of accuracy. Wrong burger result, again no excuse nothing. When paying we mentioned that the supplement had been forgotten, again no sorry, nothing, just bad luck. Was disappointed, a shame
