very good kebab. Crispy pocket bread, very good meat, large portion and the ratio of meat, vegetables and sauce was great. Come back!

Kebab is great. Service OK can be better. Ambient should be cleaned, wipe off a bit of dust and definitely make better air vents.

One of the best kebab boxes I've ever eaten. And with chicken! And only about 30 minutes before closing time. I ordered without sauce and without fries and it was (still) not dry at all, but super tasty. I didn't eat a good half of it on site, but at home about 2 hours later. And even then - cold - it still tasted excellent.

I'm glad to hear that! It seems like the kebab joint really provided excellent service. With their friendliness, cleanliness and delicious food, they definitely deserve six stars. Even though the kitchen was busy and there was a short waiting time of around 5 minutes, the staff responded attentively and the food was even served on the terrace. The additional sauces in the little pots also sound very tasty. What is particularly commendable is that the boss personally came to the table to apologize for the waiting time and even bought us a coffee. This is truly exemplary customer service! Many can learn a lesson from Big Chefs Kebap. Another five plus an extra star for her!

What wasn't so impressive to me, the gentleman felt the kebab in the kitchen. You couldn't tell what kind of meat it was or how it was made. Tomatoes and salads weren't exactly fresh either. I also think the price is too much for a kebab at 12.50.

Had a very tasty chicken kebab box, it tasted really good, but 14.50 CHF is quite expensive! Then it's better to leave out the pastry

The best food I've eaten in the area

Unfortunately I have to lower my rating slightly. Was a big fan of this kebab shop until about two years ago. Unfortunately, it has given way a lot lately. The kebab meat still tastes good, but the fries are limp. The atmosphere is starting to look shabby. The television has been defective for a long time (stripes in the picture). Replace it or dismantle it. The service has also been rather unfriendly recently.

The kebab is not recommended. I didn't receive what I ordered and it took about an hour until I received my wrong order. I've never had such a bad time as the one I spent in this restaurant. Best regards The kebab tester

Very unfriendly female service, very long waiting time for a normal dürüm. The employee was very dirty and I immediately remembered what it looked like in the kitchen. Sauces are given in very small portions so you have to reorder about 20 times. Unfortunately, people who order takeaway are served first because the stupid person sits and waits.

It bothered me that there was a bit of pink in the fries, otherwise everything was fine

Unfortunately, they have lost a lot of weight on the pide. Cheese doesn't look or taste as appetizing as it used to. I hope they will use the old recipe again.

Dürüm are super delicious. Unfortunately, the delivery times are far too long at almost 2 hours on a Tuesday. The boss apologized, but they were rather poor excuses. It would be better to state the delivery times at the beginning of the order. And I think there would have been something in it as a small compensation.

The burger was very good and freshly prepared. The service met expectations for a snack bar. I find the price of CHF 4.50 for around twenty measly fries as a side dish to a burger to be a ripoff. The boss's helpless attempts to explain that the price was reasonable compared to dine-in restaurants also did nothing to improve the dining experience. My recommendation: Enjoy the fine burgers without any side dishes, because when it comes to fries, it's not the portion that's "big", but only the price and therefore they fill the boss's pockets, but not your stomach!

Rude staff and the Dürüm felt like it didn't taste like anything. I wanted it spicy and they didn't put any spicy in it for 12.50 fr. I have been waiting for a better meal.

I absolutely cannot recommend delivery because the system simply doesn't work. You choose things...you look forward to the delivery and then you get the message: Order was canceled --> Big Chefs Kebab doesn't respond. Great if you have already paid with VISA. Not like it used to be.. Card payment just broken of course.. Only cash payment possible.. I can imagine why.. Kebab full of fat from frying on the grill.. disgusting! This is NOT a kebab! Very unfortunate...

Went to see Big Chef today after shopping. Kebabs as well as pockets and flatbread taste great! The pizzas are also amazing! The burger is also very tasty. I can only recommend it. Great value for money! Next time again Inshallah.

Dürüm has completely fallen apart. I've never eaten such a soggy dürum. Delivery is never on time.

Tastes good, but doesn't match the price/performance ratio. a normal kebap for 13.- and very little content. My brother ordered one with extra meat and ours were identical.

No matter what is written here about bad food etc., I'm really not a gourmet. But to everyone who criticizes this restaurant because of their food, please tell me a kebab restaurant that prepares better food. It will be very difficult in the whole of Switzerland. Homemade bread, various homemade sauces, fresh vegetables and much better meat (not the pressed meat loaf that all the cheap kebab shops use). And if you don't like this authentic kebab shop, you should treat yourself to a cheap kebab at the next Turkish restaurant. So keep it up, I will definitely come back to you.

Went there for the first time today. Really excellent kebab plate and lahmacun! Fresh meat and vegetables. Crispy fries. And juicy melon at that (: Very friendly service employee, as well as the two gentlemen in the kitchen!! I've only been disappointed with all the kebabs in Switzerland. The quality here is on the same level as in Frankfurt or Düsseldorf! I'm guaranteed to come back soon!

I have always been very happy with the service and the food from Big Chefs! I am deeply disappointed. Delivery time was twice as long as stated and they couldn't be reached by phone either. The delay could have been accepted had they not intentionally ignored the calls. No longer recommended.

Very friendly service. However, for the price of over 11.- per Dürüm, I expected more. The Dürüm was very small and in terms of taste, I have had some better Dürüms that were larger and cheaper. Suggestion 10.- or less for such a Mini Dürüm.
