I don't know, whoever directed me to this pastry shop told me "excellent products..." Nothing special, equal or inferior to other pastry shops. The bread is nothing special... I should try the cakes but they are expensive. Ask and I will...

Very good food but very questionable staff, when you enter they don't say hello and don't ask what you would like

I purchased a chestnut panettone on Christmas Eve. I was entering the shop for the first time. Sold under the denomination “Stella alle castagne”, its dough is very soft and soft; good content of tasty marron glacé, well distributed in the panettone. An excellent product!!

Always had a good impression of this bakery-pastry shop. As with all, there are some products that are better than others (but it always depends on personal taste). For example, the pistachio brioche is one of my favorites as it is filled with thick cream, rather than being a pistachio flavored pastry. Normal gipfel, personally, are not among my favorites as the butter used has a very tasty taste which I think is more suitable to be combined with savory ones. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a cream tart with a pastry base and chocolate cream that we ordered. The cake was not present in the catalog we consulted, but by asking we discovered that they are made anyway and at really honest prices! When ordering, they were available to accommodate our requests regarding the toppings for decoration (obviously in line with what they already have available in the laboratory), and the result was truly impressive!

The products have always been excellent, but the service is downright rude. You have lost an order from the weekly business lunches. It's a shame because another bakery in Lugano has just received 5 stars from colleagues in Zurich and Geneva, I'm very sorry for you, but I really don't tolerate rudeness and there are no excuses. I am very sorry after years that you were my point of reference also for the family. It's a shame to lose business in these difficult times for everyone.

Excellent bread and croissants, pastries, a delicacy, personalized cakes with photos or a perfect dedication not to mention the famous pistachio or chestnut panettone 😋😋😋 If you need an aperitif or a party, they also prepare delicious appetizers In short, mouth-watering 👍 I recommend it to everyone and I go back often 😍

I find that when it comes to "Breadmaking", the Bignasca bakery is among the best in the Lugano area. A highlight are certainly the "regional bread products" such as wholemeal Valcolla and/or Valmaggia. Even the artisanal production of desserts such as chestnut star or Ticinese panettone are very good and of high quality. Finally they also package cakes just in case, really very good, I must say a little expensive per kilo.
