Billo's Pizza in Chêne-Bougeries

They called us an hour after the order to tell us that they had just received it but also to close. Since then, I have called several times regarding the reimbursement that they supposedly take care of, but I have received nothing. It was the end of December... Recently they even told me that they were going to send me the contact details of Just Eat to contact them directly but I still haven't received anything... big scam. We had already ordered from them before, even for emergency purposes, they are the worst pizzas to order in Geneva.

Pizzas arrived without tomato sauce.. Impossible to eat. Restaurant telephone line that doesn't even ring (restaurant still open). A real scam and I demand a refund.

Delay in delivery. Diavola to vomit. The salami (if you can call it that) tasted terrible...

They often do not respect the delivery time, and then they give you false information over the phone about the delay.

More than 40 minutes late for delivery. Despite several calls with the establishment, no commercial gesture. Too bad, the meal was good. Very disappointed nonetheless. Allow me to continue my comment in order to respond to the establishment: I maintain that I had no commercial gesture. Certainly I ordered with Ubereat and there was an offer with: one pizza bought = one free. This is a voucher to which each member is entitled, nothing to do with a commercial gesture after making people wait for almost an hour. When you know that delivery will take longer on a Saturday evening, it is possible, as a restaurateur, to warn your customer. And this is more the case when I contacted you in the evening because of your delay, when you confirmed to me that my order would be delivered within 10 minutes, and when ultimately I waited 40 more… 1 star for delay? There's no point trying to turn the situation around, like your entire response. It is not only a question of delay, but of relationships: an essential element for customers to come back. Too bad you lost some.

The pizza arrived lukewarm, the estimated delivery is correct.

I ordered through uber eat, it came super fast. And the pizza came exactly how i ordered it. And was very tasty too. I had the pepperoni pizza, it even came with spicy oil on the side. Will order again. Merci
