A better snack bar: We don't even make ready-made salad and ready-made sauce at home when we're pressed for time. Dispatch as quickly as possible after ordering: apé ros, salad and pizza everything comes together. Too many tables in a small space. After eating you can smell like the frying pan itself. Conclusion: Overpriced with poor quality and no ambience. Better go to the real Italian restaurant!

WONDERFUL!!!! Absolutely wonderful! The pizza was fantastic! We got two different pies because we wanted leftovers; they were PERFECT!!!! Great sauce, perfect crispy yet doughy crust. It was great! Secondly, we get welcomed, seated and served by Bino who is an absolutely hilarious and great gentlemen. We stayed for an hour and watched him engage every single person... He either shook hands or hugged everyone as they left. Absolutely set the tone for an amazing trip!!! A++++

Still hands down the best pizza and we often joke about getting it air mailed to Minnesota :D *Edit #2 2/23/24* Another couple years go by and we sit at an authentic Italian pizzeria in Naples Florida and it still does not compare to Binos. One day, I still dream, we will go back.

Very friendly people, with a great pizza that was recommend by the woman, and the pizza was very nice, warm even after bringing it to the hotel and tasted great!

Called at 11:00 for a pizza to be picked up at 11:25. Came to the pizzeria at around 11:25 and was already ready to pick up. Very friendly and attentive. I caught my train shortly afterwards without any problems. Pizza itself was a bit soft but very tasty. And big. Price was take away under 20.- I like it very much. Will definitely come back.

I can really recommend anyone driving through Brienz to make a pit stop. Excellent over friendly service. All employees react quickly and in a very friendly manner. The food is very good and a very pleasant atmosphere. For me it's definitely a must when I'm driving through Brienz!

It was a great dinner, very tasty salad and the pizza was great. Bino the boss greeted us personally and served us very friendly. Our two daughters enjoyed the quick and perfect service and the price was very fair. Many greetings from the four Schaffhausen residents at any time

We visited the restaurant during winter and we sat inside. We ordered 2 pizzas, prosciuto (not good at all) and picante (acceptable) and drank some horrible red wine. Service was acceptable. I was fooled, like many others, by the high rating on google, it's definitely a tourist trap and will definitely not come back here. On top of all this, when we left, our clothes were smelling horrible. We have been to other places with "open door" kitchen but was never this bad. Overall, to us, it was a bad experience.

This small restaurant was such a delight to find in Brienz. We arrived around 3 pm and we got a table without any wait even though the restaurant was quite busy. The pizza was excellent, thin crust just the way I love it. And the service was beyond excellent. We really felt like we were part of the family.

We only stopped briefly for two beers on the small terrace. Service very friendly, quick and attentive. Everything happens very quickly. Boss is very funny and always up for a laugh. Unfortunately, the tourists don't always behave so well, but there's nothing you can do about that. Very cozy.

In Brienz there are few restaurants outside of hotels (as in much of Switzerland), it is close to the train station and one of the lake exits, it is clearly served by its owner, it seems Italian, tremendously friendly, homely atmosphere, comfortable chairs , easy to order in English, just as in Spanish they understand you enough, 2 franc discount option if you want a smaller portion, the full portion is literally a pizza!!, order Bino's pizza mix of meats and vegetables delicious cheese, the waitress very attentive and friendly, good option to eat in Brienz if you are a tourist, we had leftover food and as it was so delicious we ordered everything to take away.

Small but recommended pizzaria. I recommend reservation. A little patience is required at peak times, but you will be rewarded with delicious pizza. Would love to come back.

Hidden gem of Brienz. We had a couple of hours to kill before our ferry for Interlaken left from the port. And we could not be happier with the pizzas they served. The setting was beautiful. It was a small restaurant but packed a huge punch in terms of flavors. Must try imo if you near Brienz

This is the first Swiss restaurant I visited during my honeymoon in Switzerland. I ordered Bino's Pizza and was really satisfied with it. The combination of cheese and vegetables, the perfect combination of hot pizza and beer is the best.

I went around 15:00, but I couldn't eat because it was break time 🥲 I don't know if it was just that day, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Fast and friendly service, fresh cuisine

The food is absolutely delicious. We ordered a margherita, a vegetable pizza, and a meat (beef) lasagna. The employee is very friendly and received us very warmly. He accepts regular Visa cards. I strongly recommend him 👍🏻. (It is preferable that you make a reservation before coming to the restaurant)

Easily the best pizza we ever had! Owner is friendly and offers great service. Food is quick to arrive and only 3 mins walk from the Brienz Station. Definitely the place to choose in brienz if you are looking for a place to eat!

Super delicious pizzas! The owner and his staff were very friendly despite the stress! The location is good as it is right on the main road and the lake behind it. You can enjoy the food inside or on the terrace or take it with you to the lake. There is parking nearby. I would definitely like to come back :)

We paid 36CHF for the water! As we were ordering pizzas we asked for tap water. Sure enough, we then got served water in a jug (carafe) so we didn’t think for a moment that we were actually drinking fancy water that costs 9chf per liter which is crazy expensive even for Switzerland! And what is particularly dishonest is that they served the water in a jug, as if they are doing it on purpose to deceive you and then blame it on your carelessness (“it was written on the menu”) when you receive the bill ! As a group of young people on a budget, you bet that had we known the price, we would have gladly drunk toilet water instead.

The chef and most prolly owner was warm, friendly, and welcoming. They were kind enough to cut the pizza in equal proportions since we were sharing. These little gestures mean a lot. The pizza was also amazing! Totally recommend this place.

Pizza was good enough, but there is a severe problem with serving customers. Even though the restaurant was full and most tables were waiting almost 60min for food, the staff still accepted new orders from walk-ins and by phone instead of politely declining due to lack of capacity and staffing. We didnt get any information, warning or excuse for our long wait. Please, dear staff, just accept and openly communicate that the restaurant's capacity is limited instead of squeezing as much money out of that day as you can by taking orders which take too long and do not meet your own quality standards. The restaurant is lacking air-condition as well and outside dining includes just space for 2 or 3 tables. Bino's should get their priorities straight first for a proper customer experience. We can not recommend this place if it is more than half way busy.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant today for lunch, it was awesome, very welcoming staff although it was very busy and only two persons are working however, they were smiling all the time. Food was above expectations, the vegetarian lasagna was amazing and very tasty. The only drawback is that too much flies in the restaurant. Otherwise, I recommend it for anyone who is visiting Interlaken and nearby villages. Good luck !

Very wonderful and delicious, worth a try

We had a very unpleasant experience. The waitress was extremely rude as she was almost forcing us to order at least 2 dishes - apparently it's customary in Swiss restaurant but I didn't find it anywhere else. She messed up the order as she got the wrong pizza. The pizza itself was quite dry and we felt it wasn't well prepared with less sauce. The manager / chef was quite polite as he updated the order without any hassles. But I doubt I will ever visit again.

Stopped in there to eat while passing through. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a free table on the terrace. Pizza and drinks came very quickly and tasted very good. At around 80 Swiss francs for three people, the price-performance ratio is good. Parking is available in the nearby parking garage for 1 franc.

Not able to try since the cook dint come 11 it seems actual time is 12 🥲. So would like to suggest dont go during opening time which is 11. go after 12pm.

Great pizza! The crust was perfect. Large variety of types as well. It’s only a 5 minute walk from the Brienz ferry/train station and not as crowded as restaurants right by the station

Such a fantastic find. We stumbled across this place on our way to Lucerne. We were running late for eating at a restaurant we'd booked, so we stopped by here. Great food, excellent pizza and lasagna (I had the vegetarian one which is an absolute rarity) and the price was quite cheap which made it well worth the visit. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was the flies inside the restaurant. It was a very hot day and quite humid and stuffy. Staff did apologise but couldn't do much as they had the A/C going.
