The burgers were good, but the service was bad. We waited so long to order, nobody smiles, we had to wait for ages for the drinks, we got the burgers at the same time as the drinks. Then waited 10mins for coffee which was cold in the end. And the place was not even crowded. Maybe review the professionalism and efficiency of your staff.

Great Food. Prices a little high, but we are in Switzerland. Very nice place with swings that are fun (they replace the chairs at the table!).

Passing by for lunch, I am offered the dish of the day: saltimbocca with rice, an excellent dish and then finished with a strawberry cheese cake and as a digestive, exchanging 2 words with the manager...well done guys, see you soon...

Better beer than the food on offer which is of a good standard. Very nice place.

Reserved for 6 people and found a table for 4, they added a small table. Slow service, few staff who fail to offer good service. We arrived at 7pm, at 7.30pm the burgers arrived (very good) and at 9.15pm we left in despair. No waiter came to ask if we wanted anything else, no one came to clear the table, nothing at all, we were left to ourselves. We went to the cashier to pay and show our disappointment. The excuse: full restaurant and very few staff "we can't stand behind it, tonight is a mess". The restaurant was half full… no apologies from the staff. Too bad, really too bad. I don't think I'll go back.

Very cool atmosphere, unfortunately no one speaks German or English. Then I ordered a chicken burger (see photos). I've never been served anything like that in my life, the chicken was rotting, the bacon was as hard as concrete. Craziness. When I returned the food (ok, the fries were good, I ate them), the bill came with the full price… Subterranean!!!

Nice place with attached (large) stills for the production of their beers. They make a few, we tried three, including the red one. All excellent, with their pleasant bitter tastes, fruity notes, liquorice aftertaste... Good experience with the food too, personally I would recommend the rösti with bratwürst. Nice and efficient staff, the boy - from Roma - immediately put us at ease and also told us a little about the brewery, but above all about the beers. For us Italian Orobico-Milanese people perhaps the prices were a little high and the wait was a bit long, but the company was nice and the place was quiet, so everything was fine.

It's amazing especially the guys who work there! They are always available and attentive to your every need! Especially Raluca who with her grace and elegance makes everything more beautiful!!!! And then.... They let me watch all the games I want... I hope they renew my blu sport subscription again this year!

Unfortunately very poor service for 1 beer 25 minutes and for the second 30 minutes. If this is the service at the time I will go to Italy where they are super fast, or to a high-end bar or restaurant

I hadn't been there for many years... the beer was very good but 9 chf for an average is definitely too much. Then we ask ourselves why people go to Italy to eat. Biblical waiting times, place with maybe 10 customers, a good 10 minutes to order 2 beers and chips, another 10 minutes for the beers and about twenty for the chips. 2nd round ditto and then the surprise at the checkout. I repeat, the beer is worth it but the price is exaggerated.

Everything perfect and very welcoming

Nice internal room, nice outdoor terrace but really too noisy: it is directly on the street. Poor quality food, everything quite heavy and prices in my opinion too high for the offer.

Always very good, some beers a little pricey... but still very good.

As always... super good and fine. Simply recommended. Go and enjoy. And above all, one of the best beers in the country from our own brewery. Always worth a visit.

The food was good but EXTREMELY hot: I had to wait about 5 minutes before I could eat (again due to the high heat), and the wait wasn't short... But it was worth it! I recommend this experience to anyone. Oensate that I was able to enjoy my dinner sitting on a swing!

Delicious and tasty pizza, welcoming staff, exceptional service, interesting environment.

We went there for dinner with friends a few nights ago. A cheerful pizza and beer..... Well, it's a shame that the staff isn't exactly friendly and kind, more than anything else they're unfriendly. Again, shame. Also because the pizza was definitely good and at an appropriate price. And the place is beautiful.

Informal location where taste a pizza or a burger

Very good food, unfortunately the staff is really rude...the first time they rudely told us that maybe they couldn't seat us (we hadn't booked, but the room was empty and remained empty for the whole evening)... second time I called to book and they hung up on me saying they had no room.. The food may be good, but rudeness doesn't make customers come back!!

Try their Kremlin, a rather mellow dark beer. The burgers were excellent, I tried the octopus one and enjoyed it.

Not recommendable !! Were there on a Saturday evening. Live music that was way too loud and you couldn't have a conversation. Pizza was burnt and had canned mushrooms on it. My partner didn't even have tomato sauce on her pizza. The pizza tastes better at every kebab shop!! Service was very unfriendly and seemed overwhelmed.

Always nice to come for an aperitif or dinner! The waiters are nice and kind, the food is good, the interiors are beautiful! See you soon!

Chicken wings on the least indicated as spicy. Instead normal with slightly spicy sauce alongside. Also ordered elephant ear which looked nothing short of fresh out of the freezer.

Impressive, 5-star local, I ate very well, very good craft beer, I recommend. Impeccable service. Well done.

1 hour just to receive drinks (the restaurant was not full), of which some completely forgotten drinks that we had to order again and they arrived when we had finished eating. The food arrived even after 1 and a half hours, not even all together and what's more, most of the orders were wrong. Instead of apologizing, the waiter was rude when it was politely pointed out to him that the drinks were not arriving. Furthermore, when a friend of ours asked if the tomato had been removed from the hamburger, the answer was "I don't know, I think so", fortunately the person in question is not allergic but I find the answer unprofessional. It was a great disappointment because the food is good anyway and in the past it was a very good restaurant.

Had dinner this evening at the Brewery. Very friendly staff and good food. The only discordant note was the room manager who proved to be rude and arrogant.

Great beer although a little expensive

I asked the waiter for a soda and a coke to drink, nothing arrived in 16 minutes after which I noticed that all the waiters were chatting with the customers and were standing still.

Hamburgers are recommended. But the pizzas 🍕 are also great. The beer is great. Service a bit slow and ambience is a bit too bright.

Nice easy atmosphere, but without compromising on quality in general. From the speed of service to cutlery and glasses. There are many possible courses, but most customers take pizza, which is of Italian standard. Prices more than fair.

We went in, they sat us at a table and waited, after 35 minutes of waiting no waiter or waitress came by our table, at which point we got up and left. A shame.

Generally we eat well and drink well. I am forced to give two stars because on two different occasions I had pizza with lactose-free mozzarella and then spent the night in the bathroom. This is very serious of them!!! Avoid if allergic or intolerant!

Dear brewery, the pizza and beer dinner were excellent, but attentive to the service. We waited twenty minutes for our beer order and one of the pizzas didn't have the right ingredients. Your friendliness is appreciated, but mistakes are paid for, even when inaccurate costs are added to the receipt…

Not great, if you go there the only thing that is good are the burgers the rest really not good

The restaurant is really cool, for example we sat on two swings, but of course there are also normal tables inside and outside. The food was good and the beers were excellent. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't meet my taste with high-quality ingredients, with a very wide crust and lots of tomato sauce. Service was also good and we felt welcome. That's why I give it 4 stars and would come again :)

I love this place because it is outside the center and social life of Lugano. You can enjoy a bit of everything, from pizzas to burgers and all accompanied by excellent beers or a good glass of wine. There are also swings that make the environment a bit special. The service was efficient and very helpful. They recommended some excellent wine... see you soon!

The food would have been great but... If you weren't a local and didn't speak Italian, we were treated second-rate. We had to wait 40 minutes for the drinks and almost an hour for the salad. Other guests arrived 45 minutes after us and had their food before us. Such a service shouldn't be there, unfortunately we can't get there anymore.
