Clothing store for sports and travel near the train station for people living in the middle and upper Basel region. I was looking for durable, inconspicuous pants for cycling and the city. Previously it was from a well-known expedition outfitter, but the models there only had a simple lock button. But I wanted double security like climbing pants, and here they had the perfect model that can be adjusted at the waistband on both sides. Very good service.

I have an old loyalty card that I wanted to redeem after a long time. There is neither an expiry date on the loyalty card nor a time period by which it must be redeemed. Unfortunately, this can no longer be redeemed in the store because the card is too old. It would have been a refund of CHF 23.45, which I would have been happy to accept for other pet supplies. This is how you can scare away customers!

I like this store but the 2 ladies had so much work that they didn't notice my presence, there was no time to take care of the customers, there is a shortage of staff it shows! So no welcome, no service, when I found the 2 ladies under the boxes, they were very kind👍👏 COURAGE TO THESE LADIES!

Good range for both outdoor and pet supplies! But it's a shame that the store is so cluttered...
