Well-maintained atmosphere, delicious coffee with Baileys

Stayed in Pullman for 3 nights and on the last night which was a busy Saturday night we thought to have dinner from the hotel. We went without any expectations as usually the restaurants within the hotels are not that great. But Bisrto Europe was top notch. The menu is not that vast but whatever we ate was really good. The staffs were also really nice and helped in suggesting good options. This place really should get more attention. And to people who stay in Pullman they give a 10% discount too.

The price/performance ratio is right and the service is very good and friendly. I can 100% recommend the kitchen. The selection of dishes is not too big, but extremely good.👍😏

Nice meal but expensive - even for Switzerland

Very pleasant setting and very warm welcome. However, if you arrive before 6 p.m., there are only drinks available on the menu. Nothing to eat, no little thing to nibble. Nothing. No cheese or charcuterie platter. Nothing. Otherwise we ordered burgers (after 6 p.m.) and we found them very good but since we were hungry I couldn't tell if it was hunger that spoke or if they were really good.

I had a spritz and the vegetarian ravioli. My wife had a hugo and the wiener schnitzel. The drinks and food were excellent. The service was also quite fast and nice.

Wanted to collect straight away... Unmotivated staff. Otherwise I went to a cafe outside again It was great but the dirt on the floor and under the tables is more than embarrassing. I told the staff who said they would clean it in the evening... which I don't believe with cobwebs and fresh dirt under all the tables. There is every kebab there shop in basel cleaner

It's OK for a hotel restaurant. The menu is quite complete and the quality of the ingredients seems good. The service is pleasant. I only had a Burger, be careful the accompaniment is extra

The two of us went to Bistro Europe for lunch today. Nice, well-kept atmosphere, friendly staff. Lamb fillet was delicious. Price/performance okay. Gladly again!

We ate there yesterday and were really pleasantly surprised! A super friendly and very helpful Kellern welcomed us, it's great that they still exist. But the food was also simply excellent and super tasty! All this together with a really nice ambience, simply great! Of course the prices were adjusted to Swiss conditions but it was definitely worth it. Especially since they even noticed that we had left something on the chair when we left the restaurant. In summary, I can only recommend Bistro Europa and will definitely be a guest again :) it was simply creative, delicious and great service.

No entry despite showing the WHO international vaccination certificate. However, another restaurant nearby has the vaccination certificate without any problems accepted.

I liked Bistro Europe before Corona, Because the food here is good, home-style cooking! There is a calm atmosphere, as if you were at home in the dining room. No music to disturb you; friendly service, as it should be, not intrusive either, you can sit unmolested, without any obligation to take in more. It is easy to reach by public transport and the price/performance ratio is right, what more could you want!

Nous avons profité du rabais de 15% accordé aux résidents de l'hôtel Pullman pour venir manger au bistro Europe. Nous découvrons une grande salle aux tables bien espacées, un décor cosy avec des chaises confortables. L'accueil est plaisant.A la carte rien d'exceptionnel, une sélection de plats de brasserie communs à la cuisine suisse et allemande. Notre choix s'est porté sur la saucisse de veau à la mode de Bâle et le burger de boeuf. Résultat: un repas sans surprises, c'est correct, une cuisine simple, une viande un peu trop cuite. Avec un rapport qualité prix inférieur aux attentes. Le service demeure excellent, professionnel et souriant.Bref, malgré le rabais accordé, expérience mitigée, nous avons mangé pour se nourrir, mais il manquait le plaisir. Dommage.

Cuisine basique et un peut chere surtout 7frs pour des frites ou riz en accompagnement c'est chere, service assez long 1h36 pour recevoir le plat.... C'est long.Apres c'est pas mauvais, mais rien d'exceptionnel.Et bémol une salade sans sauce... C'est sec

Accueil chaleureux et service au top (un grand merci à Jens ,Carsten et leur chef Doreen ) . Très bonne salade de tomates et Burrata , joue de bœuf braisée au Top accompagné d'un jus au thym et d'une excellente mousseline de pommes de terre . Bref un très bon moment gustatif dans cet établissement situé à deux pas de la foire aux échantillons . Gastronomiquement vôtre 1664mulhouse .

Wir hatten 2 Mahlzeiten im Bistro Europe Restaurant und beide waren sehr gut, lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Der Service war im Allgemeinen sehr gut.

The quality and the presentation of the food is simply wonderful. Eating out in Basle is relatively expensive and the Bistro is no exception. However, it was not much more expensive than places which did not appear to be anything like as good. Considering that this was part of a hotel I think that it is good value for money. Well worth a visit.

Cenamos aquí una vez durante nuestra estancia. El ambiente era brillante, moderno y ligeramente austero, pero la comida era muy buena, especialmente la opción vegetariana que incluía spaetzle, rosti, rotkraut, coles de Bruselas, manzana y castañas. La ternera Zurichoise también era muy buena. También tomamos el desayuno aquí dos veces y disfrutamos del buffet.

Pas grave on a comprit Cadre plutôt sympathique, les plats tiennent la route dommage qu ils servent les femmes après les hommes !Ainsi quand une table de quatre est donne à trois personnes on enlève le quatrième couvert !!

This is the restaurant of Pullman Hotel Basel. Its very quiet a place and you won’t find the typical Altstadt crowd here. They have a very small menu. I took Fitness salad . Simple food , simple deserts served simply . No one is aiming at a prize in food decoration. The most striking feature - very less crowd. One can read a book or two can have a cosy chat .

We were staying at a nearby hotel, wanted breakfast at another place. Not a hotel. Strolling the area we found this outdoor eatery. Good simple breakfast was served outdoors. Everything was fine. Swiss prices! Good service, fine coffee. Oddly, we found it was part of a hotel—The Pullman.

Wir aßen zu Abend unsere erste Nacht hier - aber ich würde es nicht empfehlen, wenn Sie andere Möglichkeiten haben. Über 30 Minuten dauerte unser Essen (und es gab nur 1-2 andere Gäste). Qualität war in Ordnung -

Après une demi-journée de visite du Swissbau, au lieu des restaurants bondés face au Swissbau, j'étais venu au restaurant Europe et ce fut un très bon choix. Vers 13 heures, le restaurant n'était plein, c'était agréable. J'avais pris un des menus du jours: buffet de salade ensuite un plat de chasse. Les plats étaient bons. Le service étaient rapides et plus sympa. Et finalement le prix était bien raisonnables, moins de 30 francs. A recommander.

Das Essen ist super, der Service zuvorkommend und die Preise stimmen auch. Die Atmosphäre ist genial. Es hat wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Bistro bietet eine sehr gemischtes Angebot an Speisen, sodas jeder was finden kann.Vom Klassischen Burger bis zu schweizer Spezialitäten. Das Bistro ist nicht nur ein Notbehelf wenn man noch Hunger hat jedoch nicht mehr los möchte. wir können es nur empfehlen.

Pullman Basel Hotel hat das Bistro Lounge Restaurant und ein weiteres sehr schickes Restaurant bietet. Dies hier ist in der Lobby Open space und gut für zwanglose Abendessen oder sogar nach der Arbeit Abendessen Konferenz da relativ ruhig. Menü ist nicht groß, hat aber eines alle Kategorien. Geschmack der Speisen ist gut auf der Grundlage von was ich versucht habe einschließlich kostenloser Amuse Buche, 6 CHF Glas Wein der Woche, Pasta und ein Club Sandwich mit gut Pommes. Club Sandwich hat wenig Guacamole aber wieder Avocado- und legen sie sollten real Scheiben Avocado, anstatt billig Guacamole. .Käseplatte ist gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service ist auch sehr freundlich.Weinkarte hat sehr erschwinglich Weine von 44 CHF pro Flasche.Brot ist nicht sehr gut. Wie Coop ist gleich nebenan, sie können auch einfach laufen über an Coop und lassen Sie sich ein paar verschiedene Vielfalt anstelle von teilweise getrockneter dunkles Brot. .

Un très bon service, une carte avec des spécialités suisse ( très bonne rôsti )Vin suisse au verre ou en carafe. Bref une bonne brasserie à Basel. Une alternative au restaurant gastronomique de l'hôtel " les quatre saisons" particulièrement cher.

Le Bistro est une bonne adresse où l'on peut déguster des plats classiques ou des snacks revisités (burger de saumon). Idéal pour une pause déjeuner entre deux musées ! Les prix y sont modérés.

我跟先生因為身體不太舒服而選擇呆在Pullman Basel Europe的餐廳用餐，我們點了Beef-Tatar & Club sandwich，分量很足，但是薯條炸得太乾，另外我們點小份的Beef-Tatar賬單卻顯示我們點了大的Portion，我跟飯店反應的時候，居然得到“我們通常Serve大份的“作為回應，我當然是爭取回了自己的權益，但是作為4星級飯店的餐廳這樣的服務令人不敢恭維！

Ich war heute hier zum Mittagessen, nahmen wir draußen einen Tisch begrüßt und war schön durch das Personal. Ich hatte ein Club Sandwich mit Pommes Frites, das war sehr lecker. Die Pommes waren besonders gut und ich bekamen viel von ihnen!Die Kellnerin war sehr nett und freundlich und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, dort willkommen zu sein. Wir würden gerne zurückkommen und probieren Sie die Speisekarte zum Abendessen.

Les restaurants en face du Swissbau étaient bien plein et les prix étaient plutot élevés. J'étais donc allé manger aux Quatre Saisons. J'étais arrivé un peu avant 14 heures. Il y avait encore du monde. J'avais pris le menu du jour pour une vingtaine de francs. Le repas était bon, le service sympa et l'ambiance agréable. C'étaient bien mieux que les restaurants en face du Swissbau.

O café da manhã é excelente! O bar oferece boa variedade de bebidas e o cardápio tem boas opções de jantar. A salada de salsinhas é espetacular!

The place is nice, the service not bad, but: Expiry date on our soda was last June (they replaced it with another one), the food seemed to have been microwaved, not really tasty also. The draft beer was good, the french fries too.

Wir waren mit einem Kollegen zum Mittagessen, fand ich einen kleinen Wurm in meinen Salat, darauf hingewiesen, höflich, die Kellnerin, wollte nicht zu machen einen großen Aufwand. Sie vorbei entschuldigt, aber als die Rechnung kam, war der volle Preis berechnet.Als ich fragte, ob den Wurm im Preis inbegriffen war, sah sie mich an und insolently sagte "Ja". Ich war sprachlos in ihrer Karriere Frechheit und Unfreundlichkeit gegenüber dem Kunden links.Das Essen (Wurm abgesehen) war eigentlich ok für 20 CHF, aber die Einstellung dieser Kellnerin sicherlich für mich aus kommen oder empfehlen dieses Hotel halten.

Teuer allemal aber ich habe hier immer nur sehr gut gespeist. Das Restaurant ist Top Modern und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Portionen sind nicht allzugross aber haben die richtige Temperatur und Würze. Bis anhin wurde das Essen auch aus meiner Sicht immer sehr schnell serviert. Was ich nicht vertehe, warum man einem Brot auf den Tisch stellt es dazu aber keinen Butter gibt...das finde ich knauserig. Das Personal ist verbesserungswürdig.

Das war ein schönes Mittagessen. Tagesmenu à 20.00 Sfr mit Suppe fand ich korrekt.Die Teller, das Essen,waren heiss! wie es sich gehört . Service war Aufmerksam, ein Grund um wieder zu kommen, auch wenn es nur um 1 Kaffee zu trinken.
