Magical place. We stayed in a magnificent suite room in the chalet, with a view of the lake. The only downside in our eyes was too long a wait for the evening meal and excessive prices!

Everything is great, gladly again! The staff is particularly nice and accommodating!

Fine brunch with friendly service in a beautiful location!

Sunday brunch at Blausee is a great experience! A buffet with everything your heart desires - you really don't miss anything. The buffet is open until 2 p.m. and you can take a digestive walk in between, the table remains reserved. The service staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I can highly recommend the Sunday brunch to everyone.

The restaurant is very cozy and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. The food was good. The trout dishes, very very tasty. Everything was tasty. The breakfast was also very good. We will be back.

Very expensive, terrible food, fish tastes like soap, dessert - an industrial cake (from the Selecta machine)... I don't recommend.

We stayed in the hotel for three days, two nights. The room was chic and very clean. The team seems to be well-coordinated and is always very friendly and helpful. It's easy to get help organizing your daily program - thank you, dear Ute, for the tips. In the evening, the small spa with the two outdoor bathtubs and the view of the mountains is simply magical! We were able to experience top-class gastronomy again - pure enjoyment! Service, spa, rooms, breakfast and dinner really deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! This was our third, but certainly not the last, time at the Hotel (am) Blausee!

Seats and cards were assigned quickly, but after just 20 seconds we were asked whether we had already chosen. I probably said a little harshly that we weren't going that fast... After that we weren't served at all and were simply ignored. After half an hour we left without ordering anything. Well, with all the Japanese, the Swiss are just not necessary. Given the prices, I would have expected better service. The entrance fee of 10.00 (Sunday) plus a parking space of at least 5.00 is also an absolute disgrace when there is rubbish lying around everywhere. A classic tourist trap. It's better to go to a public lake because you'll get more out of it!

Really wonderful! The food was excellent - the veal shoulder was tender as butter, I have never eaten meat prepared so well. The service was friendly and courteous and the atmosphere was quiet and romantic. We reserved a table for a birthday dinner and were surprised by a small birthday cake. Really great.

I just spent a romantic weekend at the Blausee SPA and I can only recommend it. Very relaxing in a beautiful landscape with expensive but delicious food!

We spent two nights in a forest house room. The stay was great! The breakfast and the 4-course dinner were excellent. The staff shone with enthusiasm, attentiveness and professional demeanor. The room exceeded our expectations! Clean, very nicely furnished and the small fireplace spread cozy warmth. We will be back. A ❤️ thank you to the entire Blausee team!

The food was, as usual, first class. The help that we were able to take a different route with the wheelchair was absolutely brilliant.

The place is just magnificent! The view of the lake is superb. On the other hand, the service is very very very slow. We didn't have the table reserved for 1 p.m., we left the table at 3 p.m. without dessert and not even coffee! Too much waiting, even with the restaurants 1/2 full. The kitchen is ok, nothing more.

The whole meal was a delight. We had a great time. A big thank-you.

A great, idyllic place. Excellently trained staff who lovingly look after the guest. Food first class. Very nice little spa. We can travel here with a pet and don't even need to bring a basket or food bowls with us, as these will all be ready in the room upon arrival. We will be back.

We came here for lunch, the service was great. It’s clean and very enjoyable especially with the view. Their trout fillet was really nice, and I like their trout cream soup and eclairs with mushroom too. The set menu’s dessert (honey apricot) was really nice as well. Love this if you decide to splurge a little bit as the price is indeed expensive considering it serve fish.

We had a wonderful break at Blausee with an overnight stay in a hotel room with a lake view. Very nice hotel room with a comfortable mattress. The food was absolutely outstanding, a taste explosion with every course! The breakfast was also a hit. The service was excellent and very polite. Thanks for that! 😊 A small deduction for the spa, as we were very happy about the whirlpool, but there was only one whirlpool for 4 people, which was always occupied. We then made ourselves comfortable in the free-standing bathtubs in the garden and enjoyed the time out there. Wow what an experience! 🤩

Location great, ambience great, food mediocre. When it comes to trout farming, I expect freshly prepared, crispy fried trout. Unfortunately mine was no longer crispy and not freshly fried.

This restaurant is located opposite Lake Blausee. The waitress who seated us was very funny and allowed us to sit overlooking the lake. The menu is not very diversified and the prices remain normal for the country but basically when you come to this restaurant it is to eat trout! I thank the waitress very much who was very attentive to us and for the free seats she offered us at the end of the meal ☺️ I would come back to your restaurant with my eyes closed!

The many small, unexpected amenities, such as the coffee machine in the hallway for early risers, the fruit and water, the hot water bottle for cooler evenings and the fine tea in the relaxation room of the spa. Delicious and magnificent views

The place is beautiful, the terrace is loveless, the service staff are dressed like they are in a ski hut, unfortunately service robots, emotionless and humorless, no question as to how the food tasted. Price performance is not right. Products such as black walnut, vadouvan or trout caviar on the menu alone are not enough. I expect a 13 point restaurant to top up the wine and serve bread or toast with a tartare. The Pinot Grigio open 5 dl CHF 52.50 (on the menu 7.5 CHF dl 59.00). The four of us still had a nice evening, but I won't recommend this restaurant.

Miserable service on June 13, 2023. A chef de service who treats his customers with unparalleled arrogance and even massively insults them verbally. For example, he accused me of obviously lacking brain power just because I ordered two cappuccinos straight from the counter, after waiting a long time for service at the entrance. Of course it doesn't work that way!

I think she eats flies everyday :) And i just realized that trashcan is behind us. They should not use that table. please do not go there otherwise you may eat a lot of flies. Don't go. Real flies and small bugs will stick to your food. It's no use talking about it, and the piggy manager is a bitch. Never go. I really regret it. Even if you go, just have a quick drink before leaving. Please.

We had an overnight stay with a 4-course dinner. The view from the room of the lake and the surrounding mountains was very nice. The 4-course menu in the evening can be put together yourself from the menu and was excellent across all 4 courses. The staff was attentive and very friendly, the morning meal was a dream.

We were pampered from A to Z on my first visit to Blausee in many years. After such a wonderful fish, the chocolate mousse is simply a must. A big thank you to the entire team. We'll see each other again soon.

Bad service Too expensive for what it is

Were hotel guests and had the package with a 3-course menu in the evening. It tasted very good and the service was friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant was appealing and the view of the lake was beautiful. The only drawback was that sometimes we had waitresses who were difficult to communicate with in both German and English. Although there were several waitresses who spoke German. In general, many languages ​​were represented, which is of course great for a hotel. The breakfast a la carte was also very tasty. Small portions so you could try a lot. At lunchtime it is a bit crowded due to day visitors.

The two of us were able to redeem a Spa & Dine voucher. Both the “wellness” and the multi-course evening menu were great. The baked trout was professionally deboned in front of us at the table - a big BRAVO for this service. We didn't have to pay an entrance fee, it was included in the package.

I had to wait a little at the entrance until they paid attention to me. I didn’t find French fries on the menu, although I know that they are there... I hope that I didn’t just find it. Otherwise, I would have thought that they didn’t bring me the whole range. The dishes are delicious. The portions are of normal size. Before serving the dish, they brought very tasty fresh bread and sauce (as an aperitif) while waiting. For two dishes and juice I paid 49.30 francs (not the cheapest restaurant). Beautiful view of the lake and mountains.)

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and nights. The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was great! A great place to simply relax. The food was too good. The only downside was that there was no lift. We had an 8-month old baby and carried her up to the 2nd floor each time and also any luggage we wanted to take to the room. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The outdoor jacuzzi was just amazing. Altogether, we simply had a relaxing and enjoyable time at Blausee. We look forward to going there again (and again!) :)

The hotel is located in an idyllic setting! if you love nature you must stay in this hotel. The landscapes are incredible and the park is a trout farm. You can do a very nice hike there. The service is superb and the breakfast delicious! The staff is also very nice and upgraded us. Nothing to say, we will come back.

I have been going to this restaurant every year since childhood and I am 50 years old. But this year I was really disgusted. Of the three at the table, two out of three trout fillets were undercooked. Having said this, they apologized. They brought back the plates after the time it took, that's fine, the two fillets were replaced with two new ones, that's fine, but they left the already picked side dishes on the plates. Then now that one was mine and one of my son's friend we can't be picky but I could have been at lunch with anyone, after COVID a similar hygienic slip to save 2 cents on vegetables... they had to put a new plate not on the food already eaten and you couldn't even tell which of the two guests. Horrible feeling of neglect. Quality has diminished over the years but after this I bring two sandwiches from home. The place is fantastic and worth it but I will never eat in the restaurant again.

Eight of us went to brunch at Blausee. We all really enjoyed the wonderfully rich buffet. There was plenty of choice for every taste (including gluten intolerance). The buffet was also constantly refilled. We all thought the idea that we could take a walk around the lake and then come back again was fantastic. We'd love to come back.

We had mulled wine and Blausee Plättli for 2 people and fries, it was all very good 👍🏻 and the staff is very nice 👍🏻👍🏻. There will definitely be 5 stars the next time we go for lunch or dinner 😉

Pay entry to the restaurant - is that okay? If you want to eat in the Blausee restaurant, you have to pay an entrance fee of 10 francs per person. There were two of us and we paid 20 francs for entry. We consumed almost 200 francs; Wrong, with the entrance fee it was even more expensive... By the way, a tip for absolute insiders. If we had reserved a table in advance, we would have only paid 10 francs for the entrance fee. To eat: The mixed leaf salad was fresh and tasty. Then came two rather small, dry-grilled trout fillets with a variety of vegetables (cauliflower, pak choy and parsley root puree). We didn't get enough of it, so we had to make dessert. I have already written about the price above. The relationship to performance is not right for us. Conclusion: The Blausee restaurant is not worth the entrance fee.

A table of 8 this lunchtime, three dishes arrived a little "late"... but after apologies from all the staff, we had the pleasant surprise of receiving coffee and desserts for the whole table. The service is shockingly bad for the demands. Drinks came after the food was there, even though there was little going on. The service also seems poorly coordinated. For the trout raviolli, you should leave out the cherry tomatoes on the menu or add more than 2. But it looks like decoration and not like a permanent component...for the price you should be able to expect a little more, I would say
