But unfortunately we, our clothes and jackets, basically everything, smelled extremely and unpleasantly like a deep fryer afterwards. I have never experienced anything like it. Everything had to be washed and airing the jackets wasn't enough. We only noticed it the day after; we wouldn't have noticed the smell in the restaurant itself. Hence the subsequent adjustment of the rating. Ambience actually 1/5 🌟 but thanks to the visual cleanliness and the good atmosphere it is 2/5 🌟 All in all, absolutely recommendable. 4/5 🌟

We've been living in Lohn for a while now and always wanted to try out the Blitz Chuchi. Today after a walk we stopped in for dessert. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The staff didn't even look at us when we came in and we didn't say hello back either. At the checkout we wanted to order a banana split and a fruit salad. But they couldn't make banana splits because they didn't have any bananas. The waitress then just said that you still had to go shopping in the Landi, but there was no real effort to do so. We then decided on a Coupe Denmark instead. The ice cream was okay, but unfortunately the chocolate sauce wasn't homemade and wasn't warm either, as advertised on the menu. But the fruit salad was a disaster. Some of the blackberries had mold on them, the oranges had a lot of seeds and a lot of skin on them. Even the huge dollop of whipped cream doesn't help. In addition, the fruits were not dressed with sugar syrup or anything else. As we were leaving, I told the waitress what was wrong with the fruit salad. The only reply was: “Ah, okay, thank you.” No apology or anything. It's a shame, because we thought we could go to Blitz Chuchi a little more often and also go there for dinner. But this experience definitely spoiled our appetite for it. It was the first and last time with you.

Unfortunately, the last 4 times you haven't been able to change just the sauce on the burger, just the sauce!!! Communication between the cash register and the kitchen no longer works! And no, there weren't that many customers that I would accept that as an excuse. Even the bacon in the burger was still raw... The otherwise very tasty basil pasta wasn't that great anymore. Very unfortunate. Don't come back.
