Actually, I love Maman, I never had any problems in Zurich and Winterthur. What I don't appreciate here is how busy the waitresses seemed even though there were no other customers there for the entire 35 minutes we were there. Drinks and food also have to be carried up a spiral staircase. Also when asked if they can help us. The tray therefore stood on the small table the whole time When we returned the tray at the end, there was no goodbye or good-bye that you were here. The little loving details that I otherwise appreciate about the Bonne Maman are missing here

Ordered a surprise package from TooGoodToGo for 8 francs and received 4 cupcakes. Cupcakes were very tasty and still very fresh, even edible the next day. Will come again.

This place has a little of everything, clothes, shoes, handbags, and delicious cupcakes and coffee. Very clean and the staff are most friendly.

First of all, the positive: The cupcakes are very tasty (and beautiful). Always a hit as a gift. Your packaging was also very successful. Since it says Bonne Maman on it, it just looks like a run-of-the-mill store. I was a regular guest at your place until recently. Now I noticed that the prices have increased by almost 20%. The prices were already relatively high before, but now I think 5.90 francs for a cupcake is a lot, a lot. Some now even cost 6.90. The prices would be justified if it were jam from the area, but not from Bonne Maman. In the short term this will make you more profit, but at some point every store will be screwed. I'm not taking part anymore, I'm out.

Really nice staff, the cupcakes are very pretty and very tasty. The price is Fr.5 for a big cupcake and Fr.2 for a small cupcake, it is a bit expensive but the taste of the cupcakes was extraordinary so I understand. The staff was really nice, we unfortunately had to make them wait a little bit but they were very understanding and patient. Thank you so much!

I passed by this store for years without stopping because I found the decor so kitsch and one day for some reason, I decided to buy myself a cupcake. Since then I love treating myself to cupcakes on special occasions because they are incredibly delicious. They are also incredibly expensive and that’s why they remain special occasions.

Beautiful cupcakes to eat in or take away. I recommend the mini cupcakes, you can try a little of each (also a good gift idea) because I always feel very full after a cupcake.

I started seeing the cupcakes from Cupcake Affair. The standard range offers nothing special and the changing creations are sometimes even strange in terms of taste. Add to that the prices and the sometimes unmotivated staff make this shop a no go for me. It's a shame, Bern deserves a great cupcake shop.

Very dry cupcakes. Disappointed. Even after mentioning to the staff- no refund or new cupcake offered. Tasted like they are from yesterday.
