Vivi kola zero doesn't taste good at all 😬 Cappuccino, well, it works like that... I think they use cocoa powder or something similar... the coffee taste is a little distorted... Service was very nice 👍 that's why 2 stars

Best cupcakes! The chai tea is a bit too sweet for my taste. Staff is always very nice and accommodating. Try the scones, they are only available here.

Cozy and fine coffee. However, the cupcakes were very dry (except for the topping, of course). I wasn't exactly expecting that from a cupcake café.

You are no longer allowed to eat inside 20 minutes before the store closes. We would have managed one cake...

I sat on October 29th. An hour in the coffee waiting to be served. There were hardly any customers in the cafe, so there wasn't much going on. The saleswomen didn't pay any attention to me, customers came and went and finally I did too. I will never come here again and will not recommend it.

Here you can distort the best muffins you could ever want. You pay 5-6CHF/piece but the quality is out of this world. 😍💥 They are also very modest in their selection, chocolate with berries together, a dream... and of course the classics chocolate with caramel or even more chocolate. 🤎🍫

They make a very good cappuccino (CHF 5.50), not to be taken for granted in Switzerland.

Very nice shop I was there briefly with my girlfriend on a Saturday and the staff (namely Larissa) was very, very nice and accommodating! We'd love to come back!

The service was very unfriendly and didn't want to give any information about cupcakes because she was too busy to talk to her colleague. Nevertheless, I had to keep asking because of my allergy. She answered with a roll of her eyes. I found this quite rude. If you're so annoyed, just write down the contents of the cupcakes. The prices weren't even written on, which is very strange. Cupcakes incredibly expensive but I wanted to try some and bought them. Unfortunately I was so disappointed no taste except sugar sugar sugar. I also let others try it and they all said the same thing and my brother felt bad after it too. Due to these experiences I would not recommend it and never thank you again!!!

As you enter the cute cafe you can immediately smell the fine brewed coffee as well as the different flavors of the cupcakes and get greeted by the friendly statt. The cupcakes taste delicious and each of them is unique and well made. Overall, I would recommend to get there and taste their cupcakes. My tip would be to try out ,,Marylin Monroe'' she is a true star among the cupcakes.

I really liked it here. The interior and design of the entire restaurant is very harmonious. The interior decorator really showed good taste 👍. The service was very nice. There are no parking spaces, but there are plenty of parking garages in the immediate vicinity.

Attracted by the cupcakes, we entered the cute coffee shop, which was decorated with a lot of love. We were served very friendly and the selection was large. The freshly prepared pastries tasted wonderful. The open, freshly made tea was also really delicious. For dessert we got cupcakes, which we ate with pleasure. Highly recommended!

Bonne Maman Winterthur is a café like in a fairy tale. In addition to delicious cupcakes, there are also a few savory variants. I think it's particularly good that alternatives to cow's milk are also offered with the cappucchino. Very nicely decorated and friendly staff. You can also order cupcakes to pick up.

The only Bonne Maman shop in Switzerland, and it's in Winterthur, we're lucky! Their cupcakes are delicious, as well as all the other sweets they offer. Perfect if you have a sweet tooth. They also sell some Bonne Maman products such as jams and dulce de leche.

Here even the sugar is decorated! We had a great breakfast with delicious bread and delicious jam! The cupcakes are a feast for the eyes and the palate! The service is very attentive and cheerful. The ideal café to pamper yourself!

Here, young baking masters are fulfilling a dream. Warmly furnished and with great attention to detail. Whether indoors or outdoors, a place to linger. I hope the restaurant becomes a permanent fixture. The concept is right. 😘

I love small cafes like Bonne Maman's that attract you with delicious food and then keep and even exceed their promise. The staff seemed to have fun, which in retrospect really underlined the good spirit. We had the simple breakfast, which consisted of Tea or coffee, fresh bread and plait with 3 different jams.

Unfriendly, annoyed employee, overpriced. On Saturday April 6th, 2019 we went to the “Cafe” as a family. We were greeted as follows: "If you manage to drink the coffee by 5 p.m., we'll close then." When we asked if it had vegan cupcakes: "Yes, there, can't you see that?" We were then asked to leave at 4:56 p.m. sharp. I haven't seen such an annoyed person in a long time. She also brought the wrong coffee.

A very cute & lovely coffee place from Bonne maman brand! They have loads of fresh muffins, coffee and cookies. Apparently they also serve a good breakfast! If you are looking for a calm place where you can enjoy some sweets, then check this place :)
