Located in a small street in St Gall, we were attracted by this artisanal chocolate shop where you can find very good Giandujas! The owner took the time to open the door to us, explain the products to us and give us a taste despite the fact that it was a production day. As she explains: the products are chosen with care, for example the Piedmont hazelnuts purchased directly from the producer. This place indeed deserves more visibility 👌

...where you still take time for products, tastes and customers... ...so many considerations surrounding the best product, carefully selected ingredients, well thought-out processing processes... ...rarely seen such a beautiful, charming and authentically friendly store, it's a shame there aren't many more such insider tips in St. Gallen and other cities... ...with these products we have already given many friends and employees a very special culinary experience... Always my pleasure...!

With a lot of love, handcrafted Gianduja using only the very best ingredients. My favorite Gianduja is the white one with pistachios, sea salt and orange zest. But no matter which product you choose, it has been developed consciously and with great care. In addition, it is sold by a very well-positioned woman whose passion can be felt down to the smallest detail. Always a pleasure and always very suitable as a special gift.

I became aware of Bonneheure through the Saint-Gall magazine. What a great shop, excellent products and very lovely owners. I can only recommend the Bonneheure, a real pearl and discovery, even for long-established St. Gallen residents like me :)

A variety of intense flavors, a look behind chocolate conching and a super nice saleswoman who invites anyone interested to find out more about the secrets of good chocolate and sustainable cocoa beans. Thank you that shops like you still exist!! Give chocolate back a piece of its magic that has become so rare :)

We discovered the "Bonneheure" by chance on a walk through the old town! The small shop is so inviting that we spontaneously came in and tried the handmade pralines: simply heavenly! Especially the dark ones and the white ones. Just as impressive as the pralines is the charming young chocolatière's great passion for her great craft! We will be regular customers!
