It’s just EXCELLENT!! a REAL bakery with the REAL tastes of yesteryear, as there are very few in Geneva and the surrounding area. Their breads are heavenly.

I have been going to this bakery since the early 80's: run by a family, this artisanal bakery offers super good croissants, pain au chocolats and pizzas without forgetting the famous homemade Berlin balls!!! I don't understand the note below: probably people are used to eating industrial food and have forgotten real toast and its authentic taste. It is absolutely necessary to preserve and protect these artisans and this know-how!

Very disappointed by this “so-called” artisanal bakery with “real” croissants… I went there because it was well rated with good comments, but the reality is quite different… The croissant dough is dry/hard and the croissants burnt, nothing like traditional buttery and puff pastry croissants. The pain aux chocolats are also burnt, with a spread and not real chocolate inside... The person who runs the bakery still had the decency to reimburse me when I went back, but telling me that it was like that with them and that those were precisely the "real croissants" because they were cooked on a “plate”… In short, if you don't want to be disappointed at breakfast, don't go there ;-)

I bought an almond cake for Christmas!! Simply inedible. It was not fresh, the bottom was very hard and the almonds were very soft and the cream was not fresh. He wasn't from that day. I was very uncomfortable because as a guest I was supposed to bring a good dessert. It was rather a failure.
