Amazing !!! Only small downside... Sunday morning closed... so a croissant from Brut would be nice on Sunday morning!!!

Best bakery/café in Friborg and best worker in Switzerland :) The bread there is really excellent. The quality of the pastries (visual and taste, everything is there), to accompany the coffee, is worth the effort and detour! In addition, excellent welcome, the saleswoman is very courteous and smiling :)

Very warm place to discover in the Torry district of Fribourg. You will find high quality sourdough bread as well as pastries (incredible!!!) to accompany your coffee. I highly recommend.

Passion and quality are there in this new Bakery/Café. Lovers of authentic bread will be delighted. Gourmets will find their happiness in the Viennoiseries section! Looking forward to the opening of other points of sale on the Friborg South side.
