Over the past 2 weeks, the quality has declined. The new salespeople are not pleasant. They don't make eye contact and seem annoyed at the slightest question. The sandwiches are in plastic which makes them look like a shopping center and not a bakery. Because of this plastic the bread becomes very soft. There is almost no chocolate in the chocolate chip buns. The breads are small for the price they are. Disappointing…

Very disappointed since the change of ownership... The products, which were excellent before, have really lost their quality (for example, the chocolate used for carac and pain au chocolat is significantly less good). I also had a rum dessert with so much alcohol it was almost inedible, and a chocolate chip bun so sweet it was sickening. Too bad, I probably won't come back again.

Frozen bread paid at a high price, aftertaste of mold on several occasions. Service in the Tea room...Pfff...what can I say.

Shame. They handed us 4 thousand frozen leaves and told us it was fresh that day. Too bad. Trade strikers. Go your way. On the other hand, the staff is nice. It's a shame that this baker makes fun of his customers so much and then says nonsense to get away with it by saying that he cooled them to cut them. At least 10 degrees probably.... . Let's hope he has at least learned his lesson and will avoid selling frozen food. Future customers may have better luck than us.

It's nice because it's a bakery that tries hard but the bread dries out quickly. We see the employees working early in the morning and it looks quite artisanal.

The sandwich roll was totally dry (mind you, I picked it up shortly before 7 a.m. and stored it normally), you had to look for sauce with a microscope and the roast beef was cooked to death (dry). Absolutely didn't taste good

The saleswoman advised me when I had doubts when choosing a sweet and the recommendation was really accurate.

After 5 p.m., be careful that you are not sold defrosted bread... When you arrive home, it is still frozen inside and the response from the staff needs to be reviewed.
