The pains au chocolat were tiny, disappointing and expensive. Arrived at 10am on a Sunday morning, only 4 remained available. We had to negotiate with the customer in front of me to share the remaining croissants, because the employee did not want to bake more immediately, claiming that there were too many normal croissants left for her taste. The principle of the customer being king seems to be put aside in this establishment. To my surprise, the croissants were pre-baked, which was unexpected for an artisanal bakery. This means that if they are not cooked, they will be saved for the other days of the week. A disappointment in the face of this observation.

It was the Christmas window that attracted me, magnificently decorated with a reindeer and a biscome Christmas tree! The paillasse bread with small seeds is just extra, soft inside and a crispy crust! The biscome is also very good, (not dry) and the service with a smile! I recommend this bakery! On several occasions I have tasted their cakes, they are amazing and very light in the mouth! I'm looking forward to tasting their Christmas log and their original praline-flavored trunk! Thanks to the whole team!

Prices which are constantly increasing and moreover they are not the same prices as in other Hauser bakeries. Food not always fresh, no care of packaging and quality which becomes mediocre... Finally, the boss can only hope that his turnover is greater than the size of his pastries. Walk a few more meters and go to the bakery at the end of the street.

I have never encountered such rudeness. After buying ice cream, the owner (or employee) forbids the 3 of us from taking a chair to sit down because it will close in 20 minutes. It gives a bad image of the hospitality of small Swiss towns.

The coffee is very good, but to get the cakes you have to go to the pastry shop next door and in the cafe the waitress only speaks French and we don't speak any other language there. When it comes to aesthetics and cleanliness, it also leaves a lot to be desired and the toilet is locked 😂😊 best regards

Very good and inexpensive anise bread but, too bad, I have just noticed that they contain hydrogenated vegetable oil (i.e. palm). So I won't buy any more here. Old adulterated Friborg recipe!!!
