Boulangerie Michellod in Martigny

I am shocked by the atmosphere in this bakery. The employees pull a face... never a smile, it seems like we're bothering them every time we enter the bakery. However, smiling is free. The only positive point is to offer you good products. But I’m not going back to the Quartz bakery anymore!

Whether in fully or in Martigny, same observation. If you want a croissant / pain au chocolat today, come tomorrow 😮‍💨 The croissants, choc bread, sandwiches are extremely dry and do not tempt you. Catastrophic quality/price Some time ago I gave you my opinion by email but you didn't even respond to me. It seems as if customer reviews are of no interest to your establishment. Positive point: the cakes are very good!!

I asked for a spoonful of honey in my tea. Charged 0.6 chf. Result 4.8 chf per cup of tea… it’s overpriced… macchiato 4.9…

The sandwiches are pretty good, although a "little splurge" from time to time would be appreciated (eg sandwich of the month or more varieties). It's always the same thing. The staff is frankly unfriendly and cold. It doesn't make you want to come back, but a smile is free? :)

Staff not knowing how to handle the cash register, charged my debit card twice, even though the machine had clearly marked paid in green. These two waitresses were not able to reimburse me and I even maintained that they had not collected any money. Now it's me who has to waste time to get my money back, it's the last time I'll be there but the feet are sure.

Cashier who takes advantage of keeping you for 3-4frs after asking if I wanted the ticket and having said no thank you.... (purchase made on 07/1/2020 at 11:45 a.m.) I won't go back there again until the cashier of around 50 of year with bezel will always be used there

Good bakery, just lack of staff at lunchtime

The staff didn't seem to want us to sell anything the day before Christmas. We felt like we were annoying more than anything else. The 3 stars go to the logs purchased which were of good quality.
