When we come home, we want to buy everything, it's good, sometimes a little too sweet, too bad. The price is quite high

Very friendly staff, large choice, very commercial owner, good bread and chocolates and parking in front of the bakery, super convenient.

The products are excellent and the owners friendly. The missing star is for the person on duty on Sunday (as well as other days of the week): very unfriendly and who does not receive customers well, too bad!

We really feel like we're bothering them. Might as well close it. There are other bakeries that are cheaper and just as good.

I give 3 stars, because as many comments attest, everything I tried in this bakery was delicious, well presented and made with care. But unfortunately, the staff is not welcoming at all, cold, etc. As we have the impression of being a nuisance, it doesn't make us want to go back simply to avoid being confronted with these unpleasant people. Too bad, really! PS I'm not talking about the people who work in the back room, and always say hello with a smile on their face when they bring the products to be displayed.

I had the pleasure of finding cakes and pastries here with truly original flavors (with flowers, aromatic herbs, spices, yuzu etc.) but above all with gluten-free options which is hard to find in this quality! I hope they continue to offer more and more varieties! The chocolate is also very good. It’s practical because it’s close to the station so between two trains we can enjoy ourselves!

The desserts are so good, however I would add a little smile to the saleswoman.

Excellent pastries and pastries, the best in Ajoie. Bread is too expensive while sellers come from across the border to save on wages. The salespeople are generally unpleasant, just like the owner. Little flexibility to make larger cake shapes supposedly because of the molds. The owner will explain it to you very briefly. Forget it, better go elsewhere.

Everything is good, the bread, the midday snacks, the desserts, the chocolates. Highly recommended

Lovely place, very very professional presentation of different products and offerings. We tried a couple of mignon, and they were pretty nice. A good solution for a quick sweet bite, right in the center of Porrentruy, close to both the center and the station (including an handy space outside the entrance, for a car stop & shop)

Nothing to complain about the products. But the employees, catastrophic! Unpleasant, we feel like we are disturbing. Being a regular, I'm tired of being poorly served every time, I won't come back.

Their pastries are too sweet. And the prices are too high. Edit for the 2021 galette des rois (after the opinion on that of 2020): It seems like they heard me (maybe I wasn't the only one), but they greatly improved the frangipane. She was simply excellent. The best of all the king cakes tested here and there. The lamination for this time was different from last year. Less flaky and too sweet. It's good that there wasn't a big layer of puff pastry so it was still pleasant to eat even if a few more layers and less sugar (sugar glazed..) would have been better. Rather expensive cake nonetheless. I am raising the rating by one star. ((2020: they save money on frangipane by adding very few almonds and a lot of cream. It certainly makes it lighter but the frangipane is too creamy for my taste. The puff pastry is very good, however. But for a pancake, it’s the frangipane that makes the real difference.))

I had heard good things about them...supposedly the best in the Ajoie region, and what a disappointment for the Christmas logs...far too expensive for really not very good cakes and with an ultra minimalist presentation ...very disappointed because these logs were not successful, too bad. The mixtures of flavors were not successful, and then....not even a paper cone to transport the cakes but I was offered a plastic bag....with more than 100.- of orders it's light! next year I will go to Migros! Sorry

Hello, today I came to pick up my cakes, which were delicious thank you, there is a catch, for me I attach a lot of importance to details, when I ask for a transport bag for my cakes, she offers me a bag transparent (ugly), which was not the right size, frankly it pissed me off I carried it in my hands.

Everything is very good in this bakery. The different breads and sandwiches are great. Great chocolates and pastries. For croissants and pastries it's good. The prices are a little high for some products but the quality is there. The service is almost always good!
