Great bakery and pastry.... It's nice to have your little coffee with your pastries

A bakery where I like to stop off when I'm in Bernex to make my breakfast. The employees are smiling and friendly and it is immediately much more pleasant. Too bad the tea room area is unfriendly and cold, in my opinion. The pastries are good, although unfortunately sometimes the croissants are a little dry. I particularly like their pear rissoles which are still quite expensive. Big crush on the tea which is served from the Sirocco brand. Please serve quality tea and not industrial bags from Lipton or Twinings.

With to good to go very disappointed....once but not twice to go to them The saleswoman was hardly friendly, there were 2 or 3 salty items left but she threw away 4 pain au chocolat, 1 croissant and a small apple tartlet in a bag. I think the saltiness was to keep it safe!! Not the same "friendliness" elsewhere they offer and are nice!!!

Nice terrace for a breakfast. The pastries are delicious and original. Their homemade hot chocolate is loaded with chocolate but worth a try. On the other hand, the bread is very ordinary and not worth the detour.

Organizing instructions on the glass bircher jars seemed like an excellent idea to me. But when I returned, I was asked in a disdainful way “where are the elastics?” (= the rubber washers), which I explain that I thought they were for single use and who responds to me straight away "well we won't be able to give you back the two francs if the plastics are missing, 1) I find it small and not very commercial 2) I thought more about the environment than my two francs 3) I was rather expecting a thank you for the return.... As a customer experience, it's zero. There are ways of saying things. For the moment, it was at the bakery next door (with a much friendlier welcome) that we had breakfast.

If we close at 5 p.m. and a customer comes at 4:30 p.m. and takes pastries on site, plus a large cake to take away We don't tell them: "You can't have hot chocolate...... You can't have hot water for tea. ..... Because we cleaned the machine!!!! Especially since hot water doesn't dirty anything!!! We take you to eat pastries, to buy a cake, but not to drink!?? Not at all commercial 😡 Very disappointed.. .. In my time the customer was pampered. ..
