Boulangerie Pâtisserie Charmillot in La Chaux-de-Fonds

A friendly bakery although very cramped inside. The products are good, but the hygiene is questionable, I found a dead gnat inside my sandwich. Errors are possible, but very unpleasant!

Good bread...rolls and sandwiches...

Worst croissant I've ever eaten. Ultra hard and dry, doesn't even crisp, I even doubt it's made with real croissant dough with good butter

We ordered a chocolate cake for our daughter's birthday (2 years old) (8 people). I am going to order the cake 5 days before the date. On Sunday we went to have cake. There was no decorations like asking and being accepted. (jungle animals). The pink candles were green. All this for the price of 52 francs. A shame for a little girl's birthday.. and the excuse of the saleswoman (who can't help it)... a lack of staff.....lamentable....I advise against it and I don't I won't go back.

I really liked this site because it is shady. I had a good day recommending to go.

Error in the orders for a Christmas log, staff not communicating with each other despite several telephones, and then everyone passes the buck 🙄 the log sailed from store to store supposedly until the Charrière 😟👎Then finally it disappeared so no log 😤 another customer had the same problem when we were in the store near Métropole in La Chaux de Fonds!!! well done 👏👏 not very professional all that!!! I therefore strongly advise against reservations by telephone.

Lots of choice but everything is dry the day after purchase, even though it is wholemeal bread. What's more, the croissants are quite small. Really disappointed.

Purchase of bread and croissants Sunday May 10. I don't know when the croissants were from but probably not fresh today and certainly microwaved. It's not the first time I've had this doubt and the first time with braids was several years ago. If I go to a bakery, it's to buy fresh and good products. I feel like a pigeon. I will continue to go to a competitor where I am happy with the merchandise.

She is beautiful like a poem and authentic like a painting by Courbet, plus her accent and her freshness made me travel and dream. Thank you Julie with all my heart and my best wishes. The nuns are admirable and the whole team is wonderful.

The owner and the saleswomen are super friendly, a huge choice of excellent breads, pastries and little things, coffee, butter, jam, sweets and even the 20-minute newspaper and very clean and above all, keep it up, go ahead
