Boulangerie Ruckstuhl - St-Jean in Genève

A bakery that doesn't have a knife to cut a San Marco cake should close its door and work in another sector that doesn't like knives, such as sales psychology!

Small, quiet bakery-café mainly frequented by people of a certain age in the neighborhood. Everything is good but my guilty pleasure, the ham croissants are delicious! Yum yum...

The price ! 4.10 Frs for a small overcooked baguette... They are more expensive than some good bakeries that make sure bread! The saleswomen are friendly, the pastries are OK (average) but the prices are simply a scam!

I went to this bakery where I was welcomed by a charming young woman, her professionalism is remarkable. Plus, the pastries are excellent. I 100% recommend going to this bakery and being welcomed by Camille!

I often have pastries here and they are very good! The staff is nice and I always have fun. Special mention to the praline croissant which is my favorite

San Marco tested, disappointed 😥. Too sweet, the top is not caramelized, an aftertaste of orange. Frankly I (we) will no longer go to this bakery for this cake.

Good solid neighborhood bakery for bread. Okay for pastries, but not their forte. Also sell overpriced chocolates.

Old-fashioned pastries but far from being good compared to certain real bakeries which have managed to keep the flavors and soul of yesteryear. With all the very, very good things we have in Geneva, this is really not great.

It's only good when there isn't the manager who allows herself to yell at our children that "this is a bar and if they want to play they just have to go to the playground opposite". Nice welcome.

Superb bakery!!! I adore!!! The food they offer is always good and the service is fast, friendly, efficient and pleasant. It's always close there!!! There are two rooms, a superior one with a bar and you will probably be served by the charming Rosa who puts you in a good mood with her smile and her sublime Peruvian accent!!! The lower room is also good, having a little breakfast there on Sunday morning is always pleasant. People in wheelchairs can access it very well. To park in this small village that is Saint-Jean, I would say that it is always possible because there is always movement. I highly recommend this establishment.

Open but without toilets. Not acceptable. Diseases are on our doorstep at all times in public places
