bp in Bern

Good morning, I would like to know where I can deposit my money on this receipt since I have been there about six times and they told me to come tomorrow and then I have been doing this for over a month and no one has solved anything. The code is unreadable and the error appears on the screen.

All the workers are excellent, thank you, and my husband is Swiss and I am a foreigner, we feel great at this gas station! Thanks to all the lovely employees who say hello and do a great job!

Very unfriendly worker at the checkout Mirce is his name, I wanted to buy something but he preferred to argue rather than take the money. He didn't even want to give my money back. This person shouldn't be at the checkout!!!!

I've been shopping here regularly for years. Here you have the most important things and everyone is friendly. We always get croissants and bread for Sunday brunch from here when we want to treat ourselves to something really tasty. The coffee is really good too!

This is where I always go to inflate my bike tires 👍 As it's next to Amico Pizza (best pizzas in Bern if requested with little or no Mozzarella), I often do both at the same time 🤭. .. The BP service station is open all the time and products like tobacco, rolling papers and take-away beers are cheaper than in the kiosks or even the coop... a good address in the neighborhood...

Very incompetent Wanted to ask today at 7:35 p.m. whether I can return the BP Carwash Card - it was almost empty - the man at the checkout had no idea - the same man who couldn't give me any information about 2 months ago, to the surprise of BP Routex customers. .... In Ostermundigen at the BP they knew immediately and were very competent and gave me the surprise - BP Loryplatz - Never again!!

I often go there to buy something if I've forgotten something. I go there because the staff is very, very pleasant and friendly.

The lady who works at the gas station is so unfriendly! I accidentally forgot to lock the toilet she gave me the key for (I thought it would just fall into the lock). When she asked, I immediately admitted my mistake, apologized and wanted to go and lock the door, but I was being manipulated so much by her that it was impossible!! Even when I explained that I was sorry, she became even more unfriendly (how stupid am I, etc.) Since then, I have decidedly avoided this gas station, even though I live on Fischermätteli and it is the closest place for me to get to. I'd rather take a detour to get gas than meet this woman again!
