I was at the gas station today, March 31, 2024 at around 7:30 p.m Don't know what his name is, but this employee is 😊 I haven't been served in such a friendly and good mood in a very long time ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good gas station but the apple nocco was removed from the range.

I often go here to buy something small. This warm and very friendly older lady was there again this evening. She greets you in a friendly way, asks you what you want, and is funny. This is how you like to come! Great employee 👍

If you have small babies and need some hot water for a drink, DO NOT go to this gas station. For 150ml of hot water (no coffee, no tea, just hot water for a bottle, which is free everywhere!) I had to pay CHF 4.40. We travel all over the world and ALWAYS and EVERYWHERE we got some free hot water for a bottle. But this is outrageous, unfriendly to children and simply a rip-off. The employee is also unfriendly. Never again.

The restroom requires permission for access, which is a unique practice. It makes one curious about the reason behind it. 😳 The lady at the counter isn't very friendly, but the young man is quite polite. It's like not a BP station.

Catastrophe.... Completely overwhelmed employees who are not even able to pass a normal hot dog over the counter. A cold sausage was put in. Of course, you should also be interested in whether the device with the sausages was actually switched on...which it wasn't. The second one, also not more than lukewarm, was pumped full of ketchup so that when I bit into it the ketchup squirted out and landed on my pants and seat...great....👍

Great that you don't have to pay to urinate in the toilet, otherwise you'll have to pay 1CHF coin for the toilet.

Very unfriendly service from the Arabic or Turkish MA and above all very arrogant and condescending when ordering a simple coffee. Instead of handing over the café, simply park it in the corner and arrogantly show your hand to indicate where the café is now. If people don't feel like working, make room for motivated and friendly people.

Quiet station, drinks, snacks and gas. Nice service.

Unfortunately, despite repeating it three times, the employee carried out the order incorrectly (breakfast offer 2 coffees with 4 croissants). She made 2 *large* coffees. When we brought this to her attention, she just said: now it's too late to change anything. But I could also buy croissants. Which of course would have been a lot more expensive. What a shame!!!

This afternoon, March 11, 2022, I had to stop briefly at this gas station to refuel. The salesman knows me from before... and instead of greeting me in a friendly manner and serving me, the first words I hear are: “Oh, long time, no see, you've gained a lot of weight. Already married and have kids?” How about instead just wishing myself a nice day, cashing in and keeping the rest for yourself?! I hope BP doesn't support their employees rating customers on their appearance.

In my opinion, insulting your customers with “You've gained weight, have you had children?” is not good customer service!

This evening me and my friend were forced to show our certificate by a German salesman in this gas station. However, for reasons of data protection and personal protection, I do not have to show my certificate. The seller then wanted to expel us from the store. Since we had still filled up, we wanted to pay what was only possible because a 2 seller kindly and without saying a word, contrary to the German seller, still cashed in from us. When we were outside again, my friend called the police to clarify the incident. However, they didn't want to come over because of such a "trivial". In any case, it was the last time we were in this gas station.

Never again. Without a mask and with a certificate... treated disrespectfully

Today I and my partner were approached massively by a German salesman and told us that we had to show our certificate for mask exemption. According to data protection regulations, I don't have to. But he himself had the mask under his nose while making rolls. Given this coercion under Art. 181 STGB, I feel compelled to file a criminal complaint.

Everything is a bit tight for trucks, 500 liters of gas and there is no coffee or anything else - I'm not used to other gas stations where prices are a little lower than here (diesel)

Keep driving, don't stop here, don't refuel, don't buy anything!! Terrible experience ever. Today (around 8:55 a.m.) my wife, 8 months pregnant and with an obvious baby bump, was not allowed to go to the toilet despite pleading and begging because she had no money with her. When she was asked to get money after using the toilet to buy something, she was turned away from the gas station. Terribly unfriendly and rude service. Boikot this gas station until the staff (Mrs. K.) is replaced and the tenant goes bankrupt - they are terrible, heartless people! We'll never stop here again! There is another gas station just a few kilometers further.

Today I filled up with petrol at 2 p.m. for 30 Fr, I paid at the checkout 100 Fr, the rest they gave me 40 Fr instead of 70 Fr, I said that they didn't spend enough, and at the checkout they told me if I had any problem 😑 not nice service 😔
