BP in Affoltern am Albis

The young drugged man is hard to beat when it comes to unfriendliness. Otherwise good, as there is less going on than at the other gas station shops in Affoltern.

My car leaked gas after filling up. The employees helped me with patience until a mechanic came.

The worst car wash in the region. I can still understand the corners, but the roof and the hood.

Suction station is a joke. Suction power is zero...

10/14/21: The car wash tore off (broken) my license plate holder. The reaction from the employees was not professional. Will you contact me as promised? 10/23/21 As requested in BP's statement, I contacted you by email. 11/1/21 My email was replied to, the case was unknown. Accordingly, I have explained the details again. 11/1/21 BP Customer Service writes that the case has been forwarded and I will be contacted as quickly as possible 11/14/21 To date I have not received an answer. 18.12 Another month has passed without anyone getting in touch with me as promised. 04/08/22 No reaction, Mistakes happen and incidents are not addressed shows arrogance and indifference. I avoid BP and share my experiences.

I've been to this gas station three or four times. I didn't feel welcome and the service wasn't really friendly. In addition, this shop seemed more like a makeshift arrangement. I will only go here in an emergency as this is not what I want from a gas station. Thank you and have a nice day

When I was looking for packing cord, the employee gave me the gas station's own packing cord as this was not a product for sale. Very friendly and attentive lady. I can only recommend everyone to fill up their tank or wash their car there.

Unfortunately, you can see that the gas station is only being kept alive. Selection in the shop is poor. I've never seen employees that were really motivated but tried to be friendly. Only go if there is too much going on at the co-op.

I used the car wash at the gas station and chose the deluxe program for 21 francs. Unfortunately, the car wash had a defect that was not previously apparent and water was sprayed over the vehicle during the drying process. Two other customers had the same problem. We brought this to the attention of the shop employee, who consulted the boss. Despite the clear defect/defect, she informed us that she was not allowed to offer any compensation or reparation because the washing process was half successful. As a regular customer of the gas station, I would have liked a more accommodating approach. However, the employee acted well and was always friendly. However, I am not satisfied with the gas station management. Otherwise the gas station is clean and the shop is clear. There is enough space and the products are beautifully presented. The Corona measures are also well implemented.

I filled up with Ultimate on Friday and was very rudely and verbosely informed about the requirement to wear a mask because, as a resident of Aargau, I had forgotten it in the car. When I came back with a mask, there was another person in the store without a mask and there was apparently no problem there. Unbelievable stuff like that. All customers should be treated equally and friendly. All customers are equal, only certain customers are more equal. I don't understand why the outdoor machine isn't in operation at times like these.
