I echo the last experience posted two months ago. We had an extremely bad experience. As soon as we arrived in the parking lot, the waiter at reception decided that it was time to set up the tables on the terrace. After many minutes we allowed ourselves to call out to him “please” without success. Finally, he deigned to offer us a table. We waited over 10 minutes to order, he walks by the table and ignores us as we raise our hands to get his attention. Finally we were able to enjoy a beer. We had drinks on two occasions and decided to eat fondue with two people who were going to join us. We asked a lovely young waiter if we could have fondue for four. The couple seated at the table next to ours, having heard our conversation, kindly offered to take their table for four while we had a table for two. The unpleasant waiter at reception came to us and told us that he would not serve us because there was no room. It was then that the young couple explained to him that they were happy to travel. Thereupon the unpleasant waiter replied that he would not serve us because he did not appreciate that we were not patient and that we took the liberty of questioning him. This attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm not a fan of negative messages but this is the pinnacle. A restaurant is customer service but apparently that word is not part of this unpleasant waiter's vocabulary. Too bad for the rest of the staff. Apparently this rude waiter is the boss!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

We had a very bad experience which is a shame because the terrace is ideal although the interior leaves something to be desired. We waited more than 20 minutes to receive a simple drink, the waiters passed by the table and ignored the customers knowing that the terrace was empty so not a lot of work for them. When we call them to ask for the bill (which is unacceptable because the waiters should be attentive to the customers' needs) we see them laughing among themselves while they smoke and look at their phones. Once the waiter arrived, I told him of my dissatisfaction and his response was “well, it’s up to you to call me if you want anything”. Despite this, we returned to the restaurant several times but without success because the service was the same. I would not come back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

In center of Veyrier, small customer parking, with terrace and indoor sitting. When crowded it gets really noisy and tables are very close one to another. Settings are brasserie type and dishes description very short. We had the filets de perche (again no indication on serving portions), one steak (small piece and very tough to eat), with additional mushrooms sauce (bolets- adding 8CHF) and roast beef with French fries. Even the roast beef was tough and still very cold, serving is small, but price is for a full plate. We all had a green salad serving. We told the manager about our deception re the quality of the meat, he said he knew and had already told the cook, (!), before but obviously nothing had happened. Prices are on the higher side and it’s a pity the dishes don’t really fit.
