The burgers are delicious. The service was very attentive but the dishes took a little while, which is normal since it was a Friday evening and the restaurant was full. My friends were very well advised by the very friendly waitress, who spoke English very well, to try the entrecôte. It was a very enjoyable evening, I highly recommend it.

Fine food, good selection, friendly service. Unfortunately, it was very loud when we visited the restaurant. It's a shame that no more attention was paid to the acoustics in a new building. Overall, a good addition to Grimentz's gastronomic offerings.

Apart from the very pretty setting, there is nothing to highlight in this restaurant which we tried a second time after a bad first experience last year. Very average and slow service, but above all disappointing food: beef tartare in sweet ketchup type sauce, accompanied by soft and brownish fries; beef cheek full of nerves and the little bit of rubbery meat on a bed of noodles with maggi sauce worthy of a canteen special of the day. In short, nothing positive in terms of cuisine.

I change my rating following our 2nd visit 8 months after the first. Reserve for 7 p.m. and take order at 8 p.m., the waitress not very competent because she did not ask for the meat to be cooked for the burgers, she even brought the starter at the same time as the main course to the table next to us , the fries were way too salty and the service was very, very long. The reception when we arrived was non-existent, we just pointed to our table and when we left there was no "thank you, have a good evening". I strongly advise against this place and we will not return there.

After a day of skiing to go and drink something hot, 35 minutes for someone to come and ask us what we wanted to drink (and again we called the waitress several times because all the tables arrived after us, despite a long time). 'wait so long, were served before us). Some tables left after waiting too long without being served. Little organization and lack of professionalism. At 5.50 for a cappuccino you can expect better :)

Arriving at 7 p.m. we requested our dishes at 8:15 p.m. seeing that many other tables were served before us. They were obviously stuck between the kitchen and the service...the salads were served to us at the same time as the dishes, despite the lack of space on the table and we had to ask for the sauce for the roast beef and the salad which were missing... after finishing eating we waited again for 40 minutes without being cleared and had to go ask for it to be done! In addition, there were no toilet papers. No apologies and coffees were not offered to us :-( Otherwise the dishes were good. Something is not working between the kitchen and the service.

The place is nice and the burgers are very good. On the other hand, the Denmark cup is not great, lacks chocolates and not good chocolate and for 12 francs a little expensive

Arriving at 7:45 p.m., they took a good 5 minutes to set the table for us, waiting 30 minutes to take us. The orders were served at 9 p.m. to eat a pancake and 3 dishes of roast beef 🥩 the meal was delicious but really too expensive and they asked us at least 4 times if we had taken orders 😐they still at least offered us 2 coffees and an apology.

Slow service, inattentive and poorly trained staff. The cuisine does not reflect the price, the chanterelle bruschetta is flooded with a sauce that is certainly not “homemade”!

First time in this brand, without reservation. Placed without worries on a free table. Attentive and friendly service. Simple menu, various choices. The burgers are good. The carafe of water is free (at least in summer). The prices may be a little overrated.

We ate on 17.2.2023 in the evening after reserving a table for 7 people for 6 p.m. We were very surprised that at not even 8 p.m. the employee let us know that we had to leave the table because the table was reserved again for 8 p.m.! This is unacceptable, at worst you could have warned us before and we could have chosen another establishment! So very disappointed 😞 plus the hamburgers we ate were barely lukewarm! Pleasant setting, but the outfit does not make the monk.... We waited 20 minutes for the order to be taken, then 50 minutes for the dishes to arrive. With, in between, a waitress who comes to take the dessert order even though we have not yet seen the color of our meals. Let's talk about the meals: burgers whose steaks are extremely rare (not great for ground meat), lasagnas topped with slingshots, bland and drowned in an overly salty tomato sauce. And the icing on the cake: the carafes of water cost 1.-- each. In short, we won't be going back anytime soon.

The place is really nice. On the other hand, 60 francs for two Valais platters for 5 people and not even having a piece of cheese each is very sad. Review your quantities because it’s ridiculous. Tourists surely have no idea of ​​the quantities etc. fortunately.
