The Easter brunch / Sunday brunch is highly recommended. It was super nice.

Average food, great beer, poor ambience (far too loud), poor service. All in all, far too expensive. I don't know of any restaurant that has increased prices so much in the last 5 years. It's just getting ridiculous. I really wonder if it isn't because the management is simply bad. Will avoid it in the future. It's a shame, it used to be really great.

Very nice restaurant with a great menu. Thoughtful concept and locally brewed beer. The price is mid-range, but absolutely justified, so it's actually cheap for what you get... It was very busy when we were there, but we never had to wait long for service.

Unfortunately there was nothing to eat except the brewery brunch on Sunday. The fresh beer was good, but for 4x 3dl 34.00Fr. a bit expensive.

Very tasty food and decent service. A classic brewery cellar that you have to love. Good beer and a good atmosphere saves every day. Definitely worth a visit! However, reservations in advance are recommended, especially if you are traveling as a (larger) group.

They have a great menu, so it was not too easy to choose, but then we had some amazing fresh rösti, in different variations, which i can really recommend. I tried one of their beers even though I am very picky with beer and again I can recommend the honey beer. Very friendly service and even open kitchen after 13:30, which may be rare in Switzerland. Also open on mondays.

The brewery was full due to a local "holiday". Nevertheless, there were still 2 cookies during our spontaneous visit. The meal was excellent. I would happily recommend the hamburger. And: definitely try one of the local beers. 🍻

The food is still good, but the ambience increasingly leaves something to be desired; it is very loud, hectic and there is a lot of traffic. The employees are different, but friendly is different...

Unfortunately I didn't find the service that good! As soon as we entered we were informed that we would have to leave our table in over 2 hours. A warm welcome looks different. Everything else was fine.

Food was very good, especially the salad. But a bit expensive and the cola wasn't original, which they didn't tell me when I ordered. It also took a while until the food finally came.

Over the years it has also become a lot more expensive there. A beer 0.4 for 7.90 CHF is a proud price. The food is ok, but hard to justify for the price. It is quite loud in the guest rooms even when the guest occupancy is low. We didn't have a quiet evening for a good conversation. We'll probably choose a different restaurant next time. .

Ambiance and service are very good! The cordon bleu wasn't bad but the cheese "Gruyere cheese" was definitely not what you expect in a good cordon bleu. The fries were also very bland. However, the home brewed beer was very good! My wife had another Cordon Bleu it was ok but nothing special.

Unfortunately for me the burger wasn't remotely a burger and had nothing to do with it at all... The taste was ok, but unfortunately not what was expected.. Maybe a name change would be appropriate. Otherwise the ambience was great and the service was very polite.

The food is rather expensive, but very tasty, as is the beer, of course. We really enjoyed the beer goulash. We had 2 children with us. Outside, other people's conversations are a bit loud as it echoes between the walls.

In summary, despite some shortcomings, the overall experience at this restaurant was good. The fact that the restaurant wasn't ready on time and guests had to wait 30 minutes was annoying. However, the staff were friendly and tried to make the waiting time pleasant. The food was of good quality and the menu had a good selection. However, it would be desirable for the restaurant to open more punctually to avoid inconvenience to guests.

Good Mistkratzerli and Brauhaus-Hefeweissbier. Cola by the glass is unfortunately disappointing, and Cordon Bleus unfortunately only comes pre-made and is therefore inflexible (and without normal ham).

The food and the service were great. The tables outside were a little too low for me (1.87m). But that wasn't very bad.

Traditional brewery in Frauenfeld, good beer and always seasonal dishes. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

We had lunch there. Extremely friendly and funny waiter. We had to wait a while for food. But it was worth it. They were the best cheese pätzli I have ever eaten. The apple shorley was very refreshing. It has enough parking spaces.

Nice place to eat. I “only” had a schnitzel/fries but it was enough and tasty. Ambience was ok but you could do more with it. The bar, on the other hand, looks great.

Super fine beer, delicious food. Was very nice. The different beers can all be tried in a set of 6x1dl. The staff is very attentive and friendly. In addition to the set of open beers, there are also very good bottles of beer.

Nice place - brunch average The buffet was average OK - nothing exceptional. Simple types of cheese - poor cold cuts - no salmon but trout with horseradish foam that had no spiciness. Scrambled eggs were good so far - Rösti thalers are hardly homemade. Roast was good, except for the one in the bread dough, which was very dry. In general, it's a shame that there was no sauce for the roasts! Bread and plaited good. A few fruits - Bircher muesli very good. Coffee in a mug, but special coffees could be ordered and were included. Beer was also included. Dessert with ice cream included. Price and performance just OK.

Durable, down-to-earth and simply good. Honest and tasty menu and several phenomenal home-brewed beers. The perfect place to stop off, enjoy the evening in good company and just be. I felt very comfortable here and the burger and beer were amazing!

I like this restaurant. I've been going here three to four times a year for 20 years. I like your own style and the good cuisine. The beer is also fine.

The ambience and the food itself is good. The beer is also very tasty, but the service is not good. There were 4 employees at the lower counter talking and it took a while until the service came, exactly the same when it came to payment.

Price performance is right. Prices are justified. I told the staff that it's a shame that there's no bread with the salad.

We had a team event here: how to brew your beer! Very nice atmosphere and we learned a lot on the "behind the scene" of beer. Restaurant and bar are cozy and the menu proved worth the visit. To absolutely try out is the whisky from beer!

That evening I redeemed the voucher I received for one for two, now it has a slightly different name, and invited my youngest daughter as the second person. The menus are fixed, meaning you just have to tick what you want. I chose green salad with fried strips of bacon, Egg and with it there is a bagel and a choice of 5 types of beer...We chose Panache... The food tasted excellent and there was enough. An additional dessert would have been too much of a good thing... Conclusion: I would love to come back... Ps. my daughter kindly covered the costs.

The best dinner I've had in a long time. From the salt to the main course to the dessert, it's simply great. Was here for the first time and certainly not the last time.

We were here for Sunday brunch. For the hefty price of CHF 45.00/petson, the selection is actually very limited. At this price you could also EXPECT salmon on the buffet. It had 2 different types of ham and salami. Plus a cheese sauce. The selection of fruits was also limited to three different types of melons. After a while pineapple was added. And that with the current strawberry season. The hot food was supposed to be warm but was cold. A highlight was of course the beer, which served fresh beer from two pumps. That's why 3 stars. The noise level in the premises is very high. At times you almost had to shout at each other to have a conversation. But it's definitely worth it for beer lovers if you indulge at the pump...

As always, it was very nice. Starting with the delicious brunch, the beer and the very nice and hard-working employees. We recommend.

Was there for a birthday brunch with my family. Large selection of delicious food (hot/cold) and drinks. Both beers I tried were very good. Very friendly and attentive staff. However, it was quite crowded, which can probably be attributed to the popularity of the good cuisine. I'm already looking forward to the next brunch there.
