At Zurich Airport Terminal B visavi from Burger King, very bad seller. As an airport employee, I have to say that it is terrible to get something there. When I saw the price was wrong I asked again to make sure it was vegan, it wasn't. So he made a new one in the most annoyed way possible to then literally throw it at me without a word. Maybe the communication would be easier if he would make an effort to understand his customers instead of being pissed off at them for no reason, I repeated twice and clearly so the mistake isn't on my end. Also it's an international airport so don't assume everyone will speak German when landing in Zurich. This is the best way to lose business. I travel a lot to this airport but you'll clearly never see me again there.

Rarely have I had such a disappointing experience as at the Brezelkönig at the airport. Not only did my sandwich taste questionable, but it also contained hair! The employee seemed to have no motivation at all. That was definitely my last visit there.

Rude customer service just now. One member of staff was fine, the other, older man was rude. He shouted at me and my husband completely unprovoked while we were trying to pay. I am not at all surprised to see other negative reviews as this is obviously a disgusting pattern of behaviour. We've had nothing but wonderful experiences with this brand, but this man has tarnished that. How disappointing that all of the previous negative reviews seem to have resulted in no change whatsoever.

3.5 stars Bought this as a snack for the train and was pleasantly surprised by the mozzarella generosity. It’s also a decently sized sandwich which makes up for the pretty high price ($8.60). Felt like a little more could’ve been added to the meal, but for what it was, it’s creamy, cheesy and fresh. I also had a slight unpleasant encounter with the staff, who got pissy with me when I mistook Canadian coins for Swiss. It’s very clearly a tourist spot, please get out of your bread store once on a while sir.

Its a simple order: either a Lauge Gifpel or a Hot Dog with ketchup and mustard. (The drinks i get at the store one floor up). After that, its off to the train or security check. Enjoy ;)
