Extremely warm service, still very courteous and friendly even late in the evening just before 11. It's a pleasure every time I come by :-) there's really nothing to complain about, you can see that their customers are important to them. Food and drinks are also great! 10/10, keep it up 😊

Just bought a clay mousse sandwich while changing trains, unfortunately it was inedible. Mousse already dried out on the edge, salad completely sloppy, not exactly appetizing, I removed the salad and the dried stuff, but the rest also tastes like old fish and not as usual! Throw away the almost 9.00 or I'll risk an upset stomach!! This sandwich was 100% from the day before :( I'm a regular customer at the Brezelkönig in the main underpass and am usually very satisfied, but I don't buy anything here anymore! It's a shame I didn't see the bad reviews beforehand.

Very and friendly service. All other Bräzelkönig service is always friendly... but Bern train station near platform 9/10 catastrophe when you order a hot dog with smoked sausage and you get something completely different. When you pay you are literally shouted at.

The cashier was rude. I took my order in French (Berne is a bilingual canton) and he asked me to repeat in German but without suggesting that we speak English or anything else. He continued in German (I just about understood) and then he was rude when paying (no confirmation that it had passed, no thank you or goodbye). Damage...

First the hot dog with a half-cold, chewy sausage in rubbery bread, then the stale butter pretzel without butter... despite the friendly and efficient staff, I don't buy anything here anymore.

In the BK shop Gleis7/8, man is unable to know about the lactose content of the product. A food item is of professional interest. Or the BK prefers wage doping. Visually nice, but not worth the price.

On October 3rd 23, around 11 a.m. I bought 2 raclette pretzels, as I had done for years. They were very cold, hard pretzels, and the cheese wasn't really raclette either, it was more like a slice of processed cheese!!! Unfortunately it didn't deserve 1 star and was thrown away!

Sunday morning October 1st / 06.25h, Brezelkönig Bern train station underpass platform 7/8. On the way through I bought a ham sandwich that I wanted to eat on the train. However, with the first bite I already regretted the purchase. The sand wipe was definitely not fresh, but rubbery and clearly from the day before. It appears that the seller wanted to quickly sell an old sandwich to a transient at the full price of CHF 8.00. This contradicts Brezelkönig's mission statement. It annoys me to no end and I feel pretty ripped off. I am against food waste, but as a customer I expect the seller to be transparent and honest. An information that the sandwich was not fresh but was sold at half price would have been the least. I can NOT recommend the branch because you don't feel valued as a customer. Pretzel sticks together and bad gum

I generally had good experiences with the Brezelkönig branches in a variety of locations. I've been ordering the Thonmousse sandwich for years, but every time I've ordered this sandwich here at the train station, I've been disappointed. The last time I bought it I had no tomatoes in the sandwich and only a tiny lettuce leaf. When I bought today I had tomatoes, but the lettuce was still disappointing compared to before. I don't know if it's just because of this branch, because otherwise I've always had good experiences.

Unfortunately, hygiene is not taken into account! I went to the Brezelkönig a lot during wave 7. But that was probably the last time, as bad events kept piling up: The worker prepares sandwiches (wearing gloves) BUT: at the same time she works the cash register! The gloves don't help either... Why are the croissants packed 'secretly'? Are they the ones from yesterday? What if I want a croissant from the counter? AND: Why are the croissants on the counter without a spit guard? Pretzel (small) has been raw several times! That must not be. Very unprofessional. It's a shame, the location would actually be good! But I'd rather avoid it.

AVOID!!! This establishment needs to be reported to the health authorities. I was deciding what to order while the male server was sweeping the floor. He stopped and wiped his hand with a serviette. I ordered 3 pretzels and he added a couple of serviettes into our bag. After consuming 2 of the pretzels we noticed blood, that’s right, BLOOD on one of the napkins. This is disgusting!!! I suggest you train your staff on BASIC hygiene practices!!!

The best pretzel king on wave 7! Cappuccino is excellent and much cheaper than any other cappuccinos nearby. And the team is always friendly and knows your choice by heart after two orders!

Unfortunately, the bread on both the pretzel and the sandwiches was always hard and dry, no matter what time of day it was bought. The pretzels alternate between barely salted and completely covered in salt grains. I have now given Bretzelkönig a few chances because I like pretzel bread and this sets the provider apart from others. But the quality is really disappointing, not to mention the prices. It would be fair not to sell old products at all or at least to declare them and give a 50% discount...

Early Saturday morning me and a friend of mine ordered a hot dog with smoked sausage. The specialist was equipped with a cell phone speaker with irritating music. I received a hot dog and I couldn't believe my eyes. The smoked sausage was black and anything but edible. Truly a complete disaster.

Prices increased again! But you also have to wait in line less… Why???

Received a pretzel from the day before for the second time. And a warm drink from the fridge. I'm all for eating things from the day before, but not at full price. 12.- for a dry pretzel and a warm drink. No.

Sandwich was hard, half had to be thrown away. I think it's a disgrace to pay 7.50 for a sandwich that no longer belongs on sale. Next time I want my money back!

Way too much salt on the little pretzel

The hot dogs are always cold and 3/4 of the hot dog is without sauce but it ends up leaking out everywhere. This is the only pretzel king who doesn't have it under control! (I'm talking about the branch down in the train station at platform 7/8)

What a great way to enjoy one of the most common Swiss snacks! The selection here is large though it wasn’t the freshest out of the oven type of pretzels. Regardless it was still very good and enjoyable to grab one and split it with my kids. The staff that works here is multi lingual so communicating and getting a snack and a drink wasn’t difficult.

The pretzels and sandwiches are good, but the staff should be replaced. They can neither do math nor understand their customers properly. And they are very unfriendly and get upset easily.

Several times, Brezelkonig - Track 7/8. Extremely unfriendly service and absolutely no willingness to help. The young blonde woman with very long nails (is that even allowed???) treats customers very disrespectfully. I will avoid this place in the future. Simply a no go and no thanks, I won't go there again!

Brezelkönig has a very appealing selection of pretzels, pretzel sandwiches, sandwiches and hot dogs, including many vegetarian versions. The price is a bit high, but still within an acceptable range. The purchase is quick and easy. I can recommend Brezelkönig especially in combination with the app 'TooGoodToGo', then the price/performance ratio is particularly good.

Normally I was disappointed with the service at Brezelkönig, but I was positively surprised at the location. I was served by I.Jerbi. She is very friendly and efficient, as usual!

The best brezelkönig that actually treats customers good and provides the best food is the one near burger king basically the exit of bahnhof. The place is amazing and clean and they are always there to help you. Heres a picture of how the restaurant looks like!

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star so that I could write feedback! Very disappointed that the conditions were so unfriendly today! It was already like that on Wednesday but luckily the gentleman who also worked was able to satisfy the customers. MA who can't do math and want to steal the money! Very disappointed and angry.

I always leave work on Tuesday afternoons at 4:00 p.m. and always go out to get a hot dog on Tuesdays around 5:00 p.m. For about 2 or 3 months I saw a new employee, she is very nice and friendly. I recommend everyone to shop at Brezelkönig. I am very satisfied with how nice the employee is and how quickly she worked.

A great taste experience! I was very pleased with the warm service and my butter pretzel tasted great ;) The dosing of the butter between the pretzel halves was perfect, together with the salt on the pretzel it was a dream🤤 Why only 4 stars? Unfortunately, despite this great rating, the friendly waitress wasn't allowed to give us a freebie. For now, my pretzel kings, see you later, because the raclette pretzel laughed at me ;)

Highly recommended, also for vegans or people with milk allergies. Fantastic vegan sandwiches and vegan pretzels. TakeAway Migros is currently losing out without a single vegan sandwich 😄

Good opening hours and fast service

I find the offer of 3 pretzels for 5fr very tempting as you can get just under 2 pretzels from other sellers for 5fr. The staff is very friendly and works very quickly.

There are many places where you can find the Brezelkönig, but here the service is excellent!

Unfriendly staff who do not greet customers and constantly say “nächstes” between each customer, we notice that it is food served in a chain. 1h30 before closing the lady who worked there said she was no longer making hot dogs, while we could see very clearly that there was still the bread and sausages, we could clearly see that she just didn't make them because it bothered him to do them. I do not recommend, far from it!!!!

I ask for a raclette-chorizo ​​pretzel. The saleswoman takes a pretzel from behind so I can't see what she puts in the bag. I pay and open the bag in front of her because it seems to me that she put a simple chorizo ​​pretzel: I see that she put me a simple Chorizo ​​pretzel. The lady who prepared a hot dog for me had no idea about the dosage of ketchup or any customer friendliness. Unedible because there is way too much ketchup.

Today August 13th there is a boy who works there and touches all the sandwiches without using a towel as I have always seen him do... something that made me willingly go since the sandwiches are delicious. Now I don't go there anymore he touches money all day then he gets me the sandwich it just doesn't work. The shop is located under the station entrance number 6

I find a filled pretzel for almost CHF 8 a bit expensive (considering that a kebab costs almost the same and is more generously filled.) But with chorizo ​​& raclette the Bretzelkönig pretzel tastes great. ;-)

Shop regularly at the stand on Welle7. There are always about the same employees there and I think they do a great job in a very stressful environment. They are quick, keep track of things and are friendly. Regarding the quality of the product: I've had pretzels that were perfectly tempered with the ideal amount of salt and also ones that were no longer quite as tender as butter. This happened to me at various stands of the company - the freshness probably depends more on the general conditions such as customer frequency/amount of prepared goods than on the location.

Oh, I'll get myself a delicious almond pretzel for breakfast on the train on Easter Sunday. It would be nice to sit on the train and bite into an almond pretzel that was obviously from yesterday or the day before. I don't even know why I'm giving it 2 stars. I'm no longer hungry and if I were still in the station I would bring it back. Nothing of fresh produce. There are worse things, but it's not possible. Next time I'll go somewhere else.

Super nice employees, my girlfriend asked for a ham sandwich without cheese but there was no one left without it and they immediately made a fresh ham sandwich without cheese without complaining or anything else and in great time/performance. I can only recommend it😊

Bought a butter pretzel this evening and was looking forward to fresh produce. So far I have only bought the warm fresh pretzels and they have always been good. Not even close! This pretzel has probably been lying around for too long. Half rock hard and hardly any butter on it... God knows I can buy better for this fiver. What a pity....
