For months now, I've started my day with a cappuccino at Brezelkönig in Frauenfeld before commuting to work. In addition to the fine coffee, it is above all the warm and extremely attentive service at the Brezelkönig in Frauenfeld that ensures a successful start to the day. The service is really top, big compliments to the woman at the Brezelkönig. I don't even have to order anymore, she sees me and my coffee is ready and with a few nice words the start of a hectic working day is successful. 🙏🫶

From Friday to Sunday everything is fresh and delicious at any time. Super nice employee who understood and represented the whole concept. Always striving to deliver quality, freshness and the “Brezelkönig experience”! Thank you, please keep it up. Unfortunately no quality Monday-Thurs. Sandwich too dry, sauce completely dried out, salad on sandwich=no thanks. If Brezelkönig is in Frauenfeld, then only on the weekend!!!👍

The staff is really friendly and helpful every day, especially Valbona! The women make me my cappuccino grande every morning and remind me of the app 😘🙏👏. If something stupid happens and I can't pay, I'm not allowed to pay until the next day - which saves my day👏😉. Thank you! It's also great to pay quickly and easily with your cell phone or card!

On Saturday, August 5th, at 12:20 I got a hot dog from the Brezelkönig in Frauenfeld: I had to wait in front of the pretzel stand because the staff was busy smoking a cigarette in the back room. She then prepared the hot dog without gloves and touched the bread with her cigarette fingers. It doesn't work at all!

Unfriendly saleswoman! Even though I was waiting (as the only person) and greeted her, the lady who came right after me took her turn first. I was served unfriendly and will buy my food somewhere else next time :)

6:15 a.m., stressful time, people rushing to get on the train or bus. But the saleswoman preferred to mess around with a customer for 5 minutes instead of serving people quickly. When it was finally my turn, she demonstratively slowed down so that I was forced to leave without a pretzel. Please only hire people who really take the job seriously. And one more thing, hygiene starts with wearing gloves, which is obviously a foreign concept at the pretzel stand.

I get my lunch here almost every day. Until a while ago there was a gentleman here who always served me in a very friendly manner. The woman I always meet here early in the morning is becoming increasingly unfriendly and the presentation of the baguette is becoming increasingly unappetizing. Nowadays you put so little effort into the preparation that you simply place the napkin in the middle of the baguette. Completely moistened, I was now able to fish out the individual remaining scraps of the napkin from my food. There really is a need for action here! 😒🤨

Today I was very disappointed that gloves weren't worn when you packed me a sandwich, after you did other work, and when you injured your hands and wore plasters. Normally I'm not that fussy, turning a blind eye here and there because you forget, okay. But please put on your gloves when tackling!! I have always appreciated the Pretzel King...

Das Essen ist eigentlich gut, aber der Service ist der wohl schlechteste, den ich je erlebt habe. Wir haben über 30 Minuten auf 2 Kaffees gewartet. Und das war auch nicht das erste Mal, das wir uns über den Service geärgert haben. Schade!
